We decided to eat in the dine in area and it was a mess. Food everywhere, on the tables and the floor. Not even half the tables were clean. I counted about 4 workers that were standing around that could be cleaning.
Every spot they have to send you to wait for your food was filled. It was chaotic and disorganized. This is every time we go to this McDonald's no matter the time of day. I'm glad they have excessive business but it just makes the business messy.
Worst McDonald's I've EVER been to. No sign stating that only one lane was working in the drive thru, got my order wrong then got attitude from the punk at the window!!! DON'T GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S!!!!!
Worst place ever. They take forever to take your order on drive thru. Plus they tell you to wait at the reserved spot and still wait like 30 minutes. Plus that they still give you the wrong order.??
Major shout-out for Night crew at this McDonalds the best customer service I've ever seen! Saved me from turning into a living popsicle. The food was made fresh and was served faster than expected.. Thank you ! McDonalds Night-crew ?
My order was missing half of the items the lady inside was very rude and while I tried to get my meal corrected I was rushed …. It’s heart breaking I grew up here… I worked here my dad worked here and his dad worked here
The slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. If you don’t mind waiting in a 30 minute line drive thru (with not even that many cars) then I suggest going to 128th & Zuni instead.
Today marks the fourth time of I’ve had to wait 15+ minutes for someone to come on the speaker. I understand at 5-ish am they’re still trying to get the kitchen set however, I don’t find it acceptable. Today only coffee and tea was available. A sign saying so on the menu screen would have been helpful. Either the store hours need to change or corporate needs to provide assistance to the staff.
This is the most ridiculous McDonald's. Every single time we go here we are asked to move forward to wait for our food no matter how big or small our order is. Then when we finally do get our food, our order is wrong or missing an item and the food is always assembled very poorly. I only have gone to this location because it's close to home, but I will no longer bring my business here. I get it, it's a fast food place so what can you really expect? However, the constant frustration is not worth the "convenience" of a fast food restaurant.
This McDonalds has the worst management. The store manager Miguel treats mistreats his employees and yells at them while they are serving customers. No employee should have to work under these conditions and customers should not have to see this. This person should not be in this position. I will never visit this location again!
