The nuggets and fries here are ALWAYS STALE. management needs to check up on the employees and make sure they're throwing away the old food.

Pay attention to your receipt this place over charges. I payd 19.05 for 4 sausage biscuit 1.99 each x4 =8.00 plus change I asked the manager and she told me each one cost 5.00 each .then when i asked about the charge she told me that was the price rude and had a potty mouth I will never return to this store ever again. The owner should be ashamed of hie employees for being so rude you nee6to retrain you rude employees.
While the lobby had no customers in it, the floors were sticky. Employees were nice, but the male manager had a bad attitude. Fries seemed old and possibly reheated. Buns were hard... not like a rock, but enough to make us throw them away.There's a Wendy's down the road, so we just go there. Great food and service.
Avoid this location, save yourself the grief. They're pinching pennies and customers get less. No free refills anymore. NO AIR CONDITIONING in the HOT playland. Almost unbearable, kids are dripping with sweat, it's a wonder the kids don't faint! They have NO napkin dispenser, and they give you 1 napkin with your order. You have to stand there 5 minutes to get someone's attention to get more. Ketchup, they give you 2 pkts, gee, thanks, Cheapskates!!
Noone asked if they could help me when I walked in. I went in this store to wait for a friend of mine. It seemed that the staff were to busy gossiping to be concerned about taking my order
Am very SAD & DISAPPOINTED they did away with their vanilla latte. Also lived it Iced in the summer. McDs will never b the same to me ?
Usually the fries aren't fresh, they always forget napkins and this time they gave me coke instead of Dr. Pepper. The quarter pounder was good though.
It was smooth, this time around. Fries were fresh, moved thru the line pretty quick, the whole order was right.Again smooth this time around! I was Lovin it!
Manager refuses to answer customer calls...Can they possibly suck any worse than this location, they let employees carry on 20 min conversations with customers while other customers are waiting an ready to pay, get your priorities straight, this location should be shut down permanently or get their priorities correct, we go to them by choice they should care to have better service
Horrible service. They make you wait in the numbered areas for the smallest of things like a cheeseburger and then don't bring out your food for over 8 minutes and you have to go in and get it. Then have the nerve to ask if you want a drink while you are inside still waiting for your 1 cheeseburger. Get it together people it's not rocket science.
