I know it's McDonald's so obviously not expecting much. Ordered the big Mac pack, with 40 nuggies, 2 big Macs, and a couple of fries. There was enough sauce for the chicken nuggets.... If they gave us the 40. They only gave us one 20 piece, and when it came to the mac's, lol just look at the pictures. Again, it's just a McDonald's, but missing half the chicken nuggets, and having hardly anything on the burger ( bun on bun action), I'm just laughing at this honestly ???

Waited twenty minutes to receive a mobile order that was only a happy meal. They were supposed to bring it curbside but I had to go in and ask for it to receive it. I called the store while I was waiting to see if they were bringing it out and the person who answered just hung up on me. This place sucks!!
This McDonald’s is far from perfect, but I believe it deserves 5 stars regardless.My food often differed from what I ordered, but I check my bag before I leave and when it’s wrong the always make my proper order in a timely manner. The staff aren’t always the nicest, but I understand that the job isn’t easy and most sad working there probably aren’t enjoyable. The wait times in store and in the drive through are often long, but I understand it’s not there fault there busy.These issues are not the employees fault, there the managers and the companies fault. I’ve seen to many people take there frustrations out on the wrong people. The managers should be making sure employees are making orders correctly , and they should take corrective action when that expectation is not met. Managers should be making sure there employees are being respectful and take action when that expectation is not met.In reality I should probably give this place 3 stars, but given the conditions the employees are doing there best. It’s management that needs to step up there game.
Yesterday I was in this store it was filthy.In the kids area every table was dirty and my son slipped and fell in spilled pop on the floor . The bathroom had no toilet paper in any of the stalls and trash all over the floor They had at least 6 people I counted working . Then 2 employees began to fight in the lobby in front of kids and customers no body called the police but your employees were quick to pull out and record the fight on their phones ! I know fast food is a rough industry but you can do better than this ! My son and granddaughter shouldn’t have to been exposed to your employees disfunction and violence . Your workers who tried to break up the fight we’re hit by these two boys fighting as well your employees should be safe at work . I’ve been calling all day to speak to your Gm but no answer all day . Not 24 hours. Super annoyed that we drove all the way out here to go to one of the only 24hr McDonalds to find out that the hours (as confirmed by the business) are a lie.
This McDonald's seemed to have more employees then usual. Walked in to use the bathroom and needed an employee to "code me in". Went and ordered my meal and was told it would be brought to me and found and got comfortable, a few minutes later a meal resembling my was called and was not 100% correct. As I was leaving I was going to get a soda refill as the actual soda fountain machine was removed from the dining room. I told when I asked about a refill "I'm sorry we don't do refills any more" seriously McDonald's no more refills or free bathrooms
This McDonald's always has a long line but they always get your meal out to you in a timely manner and the managers are so exceptionally nice to everyone. We recently tried using the rewards app and had some trouble with it but the lovely person working the window assured us they would take the time to figure it out and they did. Thank you so much! This McDonald's is my go to for my favorite strawberry shake, I don't know what it is but the ones from this location definitely be hitting different.
Front end night manager is awesome! I was picking up a door dash order tonight and one of the other dashers took the wrong order. He was very friendly and remade the order quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your help!
Be careful they cook your food!!. Was given fully rawww quarterpounders and of course you can't contact anyone at the store(945pm). Gross. Im sure no one from McDonald's will reach out.
I’ve had a lot of service inconsistencies here over the years. But yesterday my young sons and I dined in and the lady mopping the floor made it a point to come over and say hi, give the kids an extra toy, go out of her way to fix our missing items, and just make an overall enjoyable experience because of her. I called the manager to tell him in person.
