I used to not have a problem here. I got 2 orders 2 different times. I called once a month ago and was told manager would call back. But didn't.2nd time I ordered drive through, the nuggets were super hard and coldish and I was only in the parking lot area, the fries soggy and over salty. Just not sure any.ore about this.

This McDonald's is HORRIBLE at night. They stop taking orders when they want to. Drive thru cars will be ignored. Gladly take my business to sonic across the atreet.

This place is highly below even McDonald's standards. I come here often because I usually have no other choice and I always wish I hadn't.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This Mcdonald has the WORST manager and service ever. The manager wouldn't even help an unsatisfied client she avoided the situation.Instead of talking to me like a NORMAL manager would she delegated it to an employee. Poor thing had no clue what was going on. The manager is BEYOND unprofessional and the service was horrible.The kid helping me is who needs to take her spot. The employees refused to give me the regional managers number.

I work for 2 separate delivery services and this has got to be, hands down, my least favorite place to pick up deliveries of anywhere in Denver. They'll have you standing there for 15+ minutes to pick up a delivery, every single time. This is bad because, we get paid per delivery, not per hour. Waiting 15-20 minutes on a 5$ order, is not worth my time. Half the time the order has already been prepared, but it takes upwards of 10+ minutes just for an employee to hand it to me! I deny orders from here all the time at the expense of my acceptance rate. Seriously, DO BETTER.

Went to mcdonalds at 10:30 am, and the old women up at window which was the manager, was VERY rude and negative. First she was yellling at her employees in front of costumers saying they are “ridiculous” and commanding them to do things in a rude way. Then was rude to me and my mom. They had messed up our order and the manager was negative and rude with us about it, employees make mistakes and it definitely wasn’t the costumers fault. Very disappointed and this was my favorite McDonald’s to go to. The poor teen employees looked very drained.

Waited 15 minutes just to order with no cars in front of us, three employees in the building, and no explanation. I wasn't going to complain, because I understand it can be hectic but my burger is halfway wrapped, drowining in ketchup and a single pickle ? I'm really not even upset but come on now.

Just watched a manger throw a fit (keep in mind she looks like 40+) because a teen said it was time for hiTo clock out and her response was “I didn’t give you permission to leave”. If I had been that teen I would’ve left on the spot instead of put up with that kind of disrespect. You may be an adult but those younger than you deserve respect.

Keeping in mind that it's a McDonald's, it has been great when I get food here. They've improved 100% from when I first moved to the area. Fresh fries and a fresh burger that is, surprisingly, actually juicy.

Quarter pounder Burgers were raw almost not even cooked at all. Fast food is slowly down spiraling and it's because of the lack of care from employees. Management needs to get this location together, not the first time there have been problems. Last time my kids fries were completely cold.
