7/31/22 8:46 amWe ordered 2 McMuffins and literally sat to wait for our number to be called. After 32 mins. My husband finally went to see if maybe it was out and found all the employees hanging out in a cluster laughing and joking with no one managing the lobby or drive through orders... Unfortunately, we had to eat our breakfast sandwiches cold bc they had been sitting there for who knows how long and when my husband directed himself with an employee asking why they didn't call out our number or at least let us know it was out, they started with a lost in the universe look. With no apology or regards they said it was ours and went back to the conversation they were giggling about before we interrupted them. I hope they get management soon. They may not have leadership or guidance and it shows which is unfortunate when they are the face of a worldwide franchise.

It took about 15 minutes to get 2 cokes 2 spicy chicken and 1 fry with 1 person in front of me and 2 maybe 3 people in the drive thru... 2nd McDonald's I've been to that gives little to no ice in the cokes,WHY? !!!Is that something new?Stop that!!!The reason why I'm giving this store 2 stars instead of 0 (1) star is because the manager was sweet and fixed my issue which was my own fault, but still a very bad experience

I'm a five star kind of person. I very rarely leave less than five stars. Mainly because I go to places I like for the most part. The reason for four stars on my recent McDonald's visit is I felt like I was eating in a plastic environment. I wish I could explain better than that. I think this McDonald's was renovated during the pandemic and I was interested to see what they did. The renovation result, in my opinion, is sterile and kind of plastic looking. When we went in, there was nobody at the counter. So we used the kiosk. I don't know if they were understaffed or if that's just what customers are expected to do nowadays. The kiosk is fine I have no problems with it, it just felt so incredibly impersonal. Don't get me wrong, I have no expectation that a counter employee at a local McDonald's is going to be my lifelong friend but there wasn't even anyone to say hello. And apparently McDonald's no longer offers free refills. I guess everything felt robotic.

***ZERO STARS***Worst drive through ever. Lady taking the order told me they couldn't do large. Then they didn't have sweet tea so they asked if we wanted something else and asked if we wanted a large. Told the guy that the lady said they couldn't do large. Guess she couldn't find the large button. The then laughed when I told him that. Then a second person came and asked the same question and what kind of drink I wanted. Worst customer service ever. Please go to a different location. I beg you.

McDonald's used to be a fun place for the family...THIS RESTAURANT IS HORRIBLEOh my...20 minutes in the Drive-thru, 30 minutes inside trying to get my order right. Had to stand at the register for 15 minutes before anyone helped us. This McDonald's is just as good as taco bell service. If you go inside, expect to be ignored. So a little thing like give me a large fry was to difficult. The drive thru girl was like talking to a computer from 1971, they are super slow and extremely rude. Can't even read the order board. Had to go in and get the fries fixed, and back in again because the drink was filled with ice, and a drizzle of soda. Management supports this lazy service and was snobby and rude , like we were just a thorn in their day. This trip reminded me why we never come to this store . That cranky worker in the drive thru never can help. They just guess what you're saying,,, No pickles means don't put them on my burger.. they don't even repeat my order and are extremely rude,. An A.I. bot could do her job better and more accurately

If you're not going through the drive through then don't bother. They completely ignore walk-in customers until they've filled all their orders. I waited in line for 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me and then they gave me attitude like I was the a-hole when I asked "can I just place my order real quick please?" I was literally told to wait until they took care of everything else first. Obviously that is not how fast food is supposed to work.

Always seems to be an issue. Check your bag before leaving cause you may not have what you ordered & do not order any special item on the menu cause trust me, you will be disappointed. There are a few employees here that are respectful & kind & others not so much. I wish they'd get respectful managers here cause they are rude & when I went in to ask about my order the manager looked at me & walked away which was extremely rude but than I heard her speaking to another employee & I don't think she knew English very well. I had to call later & complain about my missing items & another manager seemed to care & said he'd send out a few coupons. Never received them & ended up not getting my whole order that was paid for. Also make sure to ask if the fries are fresh cause they may have been sitting a bit & be stale.

This store is terrible. The guy taking the order barely speaks above a whisper and is the most impersonal, impatient employee I've ever met. Tonight I went in, ordered 2 of the PREMIUM SPICY CRISPY CHICKEN sandwiches plus some fries and McDoubles. Got home, took a bite of my chicken, and that's when I realized they gave me the hot n spicy patties. Are you serious?? I paid 26 dollars for dollar menu food!! Worst McDonalds ever. Corporate need to fire everyone working the night shift and start over.

I have pretty low expectations, but they had to dig deep to not even meet them. $7.38 for 2 large fries, and this is what we received...not even half full...and no, they weren't in the bottom of the bag. This is the 2nd or 3rd time from this establishment...that means this isn't a fluke, but rather the SOP...
