This location has taken a sharp decline following a change in management. On more than one occasion I was trying to order a pizza online and all of the pizzas that had sausage were unavailable. I thought it was some sort of glitch. I tried calling, let it ring about 10 times and nobody picked up. So I ordered something else. I live in the neighborhood, so I always order for pickup. Once I got there I asked about the issue and they blamed it on an active shooter at the supply company. Keep in mind that this has happened on two separate occasions, and no other pizza places have been affected. A pizza restaurant running out of sausage?! I decided I'd give them a chance and about 2 weeks later. I placed my order, got my confirmation and when I arrived, the store was dark and the staff was locking up at 10:45PM. Their posted hours are until 11. Yes, that's a bit late for dinner, but I work late sometimes. I asked what was up, showed my confirmation on my phone and the manager apologized and said it didn't come through. He said the ovens are all off and to come back tomorrow. I don't think so. Now I'll have to see about getting reimbursed from my credit card company. What a pain.
Ordered online and unfortunately after an hour and a half of tracking the status of my order and noticing that it still wasn't on its way, called the store. Had to call 4 times before someone picked up and talked to Brittney. I asked to cancel my order, but was offered no apologies for the extremely long wait. I have 2 kids and would have at least expected a call from the store letting us know there would be a delay, but nothing. This customer service experience could have been handled way better and I will not be ordering from this location again. We ordered from another pizza store and the pizza was delicious and very quick to arrive.
First time going to Marcos and I loved it! I expected good pizza, but this was way above the average. The ingredients are very obviously high quality and the crust is great. Very generous with the toppings and really one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Very professional, clean and very nice for dine in. Nicely done!
We really enjoy their pizza, salads, & other food. Super yummy. However, I often go through phases of ordering from them. Unfortunately, they are often understaffed or have issues getting food out on time. I've experienced this both with carry-out & delivery. Tonight, I ordered dinner at 6:30, the order said it would be done at 7:30 & it arrived at 8:20. At 8:10, I called the restaurant and inquired and unfortunately they are low on delivery drivers. I was also told it's on its way without any compensation. When it arrived we were given the wrong pizza. My son is Autistic & likes his food a certain way due to his food aversions & issues with texture. It is just me & my son, so needless to say I paid roughly $18 for the wrong pizza, that my son will likely not eat because its the wrong crust and toppings. Thankfully I had already fed him something else before the pizza was finally delivered.
I walk into the restaurant , order a 2 topping SMALL pizza listed for $8.99 on the board only to be told that it is $14 and change. When I direct the associate to the pricing on the sign he says “our prices have gone up . . . sorry man.” I leave the restaurant and pull up website on my phone and order 2 topping LARGE for $8.99 from the same restaurant to make a point. Never again will I order from this place again - this is ridiculous.
Was disappointed with the interior condition of the restaurant. All the cushion need replacing, the booths are all falling apart, the bathroom was dirty and trash overflowing the can. All surfaces were dirty and had to wipe our own table. Drink station was filthy. Overall very sad experience.
This place has to be the worst. Every time I order from them they never get my oder correct. I waited for over an hour, they never called my name, so I asked for a refund. Then all of a sudden someone from the back comes to the counter and say here's her pizza. I told the manager, no thank you!
Pizza was good although even the picture on the box the pizza comes in will tell the story of the lack of pizza I received. Litterally the exact pizza and its missing soo much of the actual pizza and has soo much crust. The pizza is skimping horribly on toppings. Has the appearance of not even ordering green peppers on one side although it wasn't. They need to do soo much better.
Honestly I'm pretty disappointed me and my husband love Marcos but after today we will probably never order carryout again from this location. Our bread sticks that were $6.99 we're complete dough and not fully cooked at all I had to throw them away. And the pizza was not the best either very bland and disappointing for $20. I hate leaving bad reviews but I would rather go to hungry Howie's from now on.
Ordered online and still had to wait 30 minutes past the pick up time to get my order. While waiting the employees were throwing dough at each other and chasing each other to put stretched dough on their heads. I was hit with a ball of dough thrown from the back. The manager Conor apologized but why was this behavior allowed to happen for as long as it did? What did the employees do with the dough they were throwing and putting on each others heads? Did the make my order with the same dough they hit me with? We will not be going back and will tell everyone we know to avoid this restaurant. And to top it off our salad was wrong.
