It is what it is. They still make good pizza. Better than domino's I believe. This is definitely on our list. Great food

So after a long double shift of work and just craving a cheese deep dish cheese hot and ready delicious deep dish and it was around closing time ? "sad to admit I was that guy". I had an outstanding customer service from the night manager I believe his name was Gene. 5 star no doubt!
Crazy bread was burned. Extramostest sausage hardly any sausage. Pizza not sliced on one of them. This place has gone down hill and for Little Caesars that is bad.
Usually pizza isn’t bad but I went the other day and they sold me pizza that had been sitting in the warmer WAY too long. I think the cardboard box it came in would’ve tasted better!! Do they ever limit how long a pizza can sit in there?
The entire 5th grade class would like to thank Alexis for making our pizza party a success. I dropped in an hour before we needed a large order (21 pizzas) and while she was already working on several large orders she didn't bat an eye. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
do you guys cut the pizza with plastic butter knives?? This is my 5th time getting pizza in the past year at this location and i swear it happens more when all the girls are working… theres always like 5 of them all on their phones except for 1 girl who seems to be holding the store down… and you guys literally are never cutting the pizza and if you are it feels like your using a plastic butter knife, just enough to make an outline for an attempt…. hope a manager re-enforces the basics for a pizza :/
where do they get the workers from? the worst customer service i have ever seen. like trash. i just called the store to let them know my cheese bread was hard and seemed like it has been sitting the girl said well you gotta bring the bread in for us to exchange. i said whats your name she said i cannot give out that secret information! i cannot make this up. absolutely insane the iq of some people. i left a review and calling corporate tomorrow.
I ordered a pizza ? crazybread sauce wings they were swimming in the sauce and were cold I will be calling manager in the morning pizza been sitting
I am regularly disappointed with this location. The dough just isn't as fresh as at other locations. They could learn a thing or two from the locations in Colorado Springs!
Usually I love this place. I have never had a problem or issue of any kind. The food is always good and prepared in a timely manner, but not this time. There were at least 8 people in the back and they tell me they ran out of everything, which is fine I understand it’s a busy chain. My issue is that for 30 minutes I watched pizza cooking trays being kicked around on the floor, sauce being poured all over the counters/floors and the containers being thrown around, pizza spatulas being waved around like a sword, and a line of people being ignored without help. I’m just grateful for the couple of workers who helped ?? (There might be a sanitary issue with the handling of the food, the sauce was just everywhere including their hands while handling other stuff)Again no hate towards those who helped, it’s just a bit ridiculous since I know this location is usually great.
