I’ve gone to Las Tortugas plenty of times but lately it’s gone downhill. The quality isn’t that great anymore. I order a Guera torta but the bread was hard and the chicken was over cooked. Even the amount of ingredients was smaller than usual. This place is not worth $11+ for a torta.
Food is amazing, but the food service is terrible. How are you going to call me to confirm my order and proceed to cancel it while my door dash driver is waiting outside to pick up my order? Trash service on the restaurants end.
This place takes forever to get their food. Called in and said it would take 20 minutes. Got there and waited a other 25 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and didnt offer anything for the inconveniences. Not even 10% off smh

I try to order a torta from this place, they picked up the phone and they asked me to wait. Unfortunately they forgot the I was waiting on the phone and they never answered me. I try to call many times and they never answer . Till I call the other franchises in Commerce city and explain my problem. To let them know that their store in Thornton dose to customers! So you know!
Wait time for (1) torta and fruit mango drink was about 30 mins - this was very disappointing considering there were not very many people waiting for their orders. Plus, the cashier was not very pleasant when we asked about our drink. The torta was good, but one end of the bread was very dry. I do have to say that our drink was absolutely delicious, very fruity and fresh. That made up for the wait time, but it doesn't change the fact for a real honest review..
The best tortas ever!! I get the barrucha and omg! Amazing. I’ve been to the location on alameda and this one on Washington. They both taste the exact same. If your like me I always hesitate on the location difference but ??
The Torta I got was absolutely amazing! My favorite in Colorado so far. Staff was always very night and helpful. Keep up the amazing work
They never give you what you want you try and call and put a order in and they never answer if you go to the place they don't have customers I called when j was outside the restaurant and they never answered they were all just hanging out and I went in amd they gave me a really bad torta it wasn't good at all
