These guys don't seem to understand what the word "extra" means. Maybe it's a common assumption that "extra peppers" means maybe 5 peppers total, but it's ridiculous because there's not even really enough to add to the taste of the sandwich, and this is the 3rd time. Also I know they don't have an option on their app to request no ice in your drink so I named the order "no ice in drink pls" and it was promptly ignored.
Awesome customer service, one of the managers (Austin) was extremely helpful and made sure my order was right! always freaky fast, don’t forget shout the free smells!
Would love to give 5 stars as the food was delicious, but would give 0 stars for service, after ordering I expected 20-30min for delivery even though I only live 1.7 miles away. After 1 hour of being on the phone with a family member I noticed I had not received my food, checked the tracker it said it was delivered, looked out my door to find it sitting there, the driver didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. I could understand if I choose no contact delivery however I would rather have my food handed directly to me for this reason exactly. I don't know know long it was sitting out there before I noticed......
Absolutely love Jimmy John’s, this location is the worst. Order is never complete and almost always incorrect. If I order something I expect to receive it, I don’t work hard to waste my money. I completely understand mistakes but after the amount of times I have ordered here it’s not a mistake anymore it’s theft. Do yourself the favor and spend your money elsewhere.
Thank you for being freaky fast with my order! I knew I could count on you guys. Just had a horrible experience with delivery via DoorDash and needed dinner ASAP. Not only was it here quickly, my delivery driver was extremely nice. Thank you for turning my night around!
Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 50 minutes later they still are not delivered. I live 1.8 miles from the location. Upon calling to get my money back I was rudely interrupted and hung up on all for no food and no confirmation my money would be returned. Don't order from this location if you are wanting food.
Walked in and ordered the turkey sandwich at the register. The guy at the register took my money and by the time our transaction was finished, they handed me my sandwich. They didn't ask what I wanted on it or what I didn't want it. It was thin, flat, barely had any turkey and I hate mayonnaise!

Excellent service. Sandwich came out faster than a vending machine
