Mostly Nice folks. Pretty fast considering the line. It’s Awesome they are open 24 hours. Thank you. Keep the dining room open 24 Hours please.

Terrible. Nearly a 30min wait just to order my food then another 10-15 at the window? And I even tried to see about going inside but it was closed? So back to the drive thru I went… It’s almost like they can’t handle more than one order at a time here. Either seriously understaffed (which is a possibility so I tried to give the benefit of the doubt hence the two stars) or just awful service. Very disappointed because I love Jack in the Box. Not sure I’ll want to come here again.
First time at this store, the foodwasamazingas usual, but it took 45 minutes to get my order. Had to wait 10 minutes at the order speaker, and 15 at the window. I love the ultimate bacon but not enough to keep coming here. One more chance for redemption..
I love Jack in the box, but the last time I went here the lady who took my order was rude, they had me wait at the pick up window for 15 while they moseyed around and said I had to wait on something I didn't order, then they realized they rang me up for poppers instead of a salad, so they offered me a piece of pie instead of a refund then I get home and realized they didn't put chicken strips in my chicken strip meal. It was just fries and tacos. I was there for over 25 minutes!
Waited 25 minutes in the drive thru....got to the window and waited another 10 minutes....was assuming based on how long of a wait we had our food was going to be fresh, just to find out that our food was disgusting, over greasy, cold and just down right nasty! Spent over $35 on three meals and what we got was maybe worth not more than $15 if that. Will most definitely be avoiding Jack in the box in the future, just not worth the money.
Just sat in line for close to 20 minutes, they didn't even greet me at the speaker for 5 and I got home with half my food missing!! Of course there was no receipt in the bag for me to leave a review, instead I'll leave it on Google so all may see how bad your restaurant is. Got jacked for $12 of food, definitely won't be returning.
0 stars these ppl are always trying to start fights with the costumers and yelling at them even though they are in the wrong, they need to fire the old lady who is always yelling at the costumers she called my number and i went to go get it, she wouldnt give it to me, was yelling at me saying it wasnt my order, i tried to grab it she yanked it from me didnt want to give it to me after i had already paid for it she open it to see if it was mine opened up the wrapper while yelling i could see her nasty saliva going into my food i demanded she make me another order and didnt want to, when the manager came over she said none of that had happened and said i was the one who would not take my food and was pushing it back to her, all of this happened right after this old lady had finished cursing out another customer at the drive thru telling her to come into the store to fight with her. horrible service, that old lady needs to get fired never coming here again!!!!!
We went through the drive through and ordered a fairly small order 22 dollars and some change. The employee taking orders was rude off the bat. We got our order started to pull off and realized our tacos (2) were missing. We pulled back through and were told we were lying the same rude lady said she personally bagged the order and refused to give us what we already paid for. She locked the window and called the police over .99 cents worth of food. Unbelievable treatment from some extremely poor mannered employees. I wouldnt reccomendthis place if it were free...
Employees are not trained well in how to treat customers and they do not handle food in a safe way especially during this time of the pandemic. They use vulgar language at customers and everyone had an attitude when they serve you. This place has gone down and it used to be my favorite fast food stop and now I stay clear and tell my family to avoid this place becasue it just isn’t the same as it was before. Everyone, stay clear of this place if you can or try not to get on anyone’s nerve so they don’t spit in your food or curse you out. I was about to order and I just watched how they treated other customers and I walked out the door. I can’t believe how they treat people here.
