Ew, I don’t understand all the bad reviews. We go here all the time and never have an issue. I just went nearing close and ordered a ton and they were crazy nice, everything was hot and fresh and they gave us a pawbender (they never forget to bring it up if I forget and they see Annie at the window). The pandemic really has made people the worrrrsttt critic of anyone in the food/retail industry, good grief. Consider just politely bringing up the issue with your order when you’re there, they always fix it quick. And for the sauces being small.. ask for extra- they’re generous with them. People are so critical over the smallest things now. Gross. Rant over.This place is great, employees are great. Some people are just big babies and unfortunately most of them can access Google.
If cold soggy fries and potato poppers is your thing, this is your place.You can order them well done, but they will still been cold and soggy for you.Good times used to take pride in their food…not any more, worst franchise around.
I do not know what has happened to this place, but the last few times I have gone is has been terrible. I got Bambino burgers last night that actually had mold on the buns! Last time for me...but on the up side, the onion rings were sensational!
My dogs love the pawbenders.They get very excited when we get to the window!
My wife and I love a good brakfast Burrito. we have found that this is one if the best in town for hand held and flavor. Great Hatch green chili!!.The Staff are always great and Marco well, he is there everyday making sure everything is perfect. Great local food.
I wish I were exaggerating, I just spent 29 minutes of my life in this drive-thru. I have been sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes just being told "we'll be with you when we can"There is also no way to leave your drive-thru once you discover the inevitable wait. Just stuck. . . . 29 minutes. Unbelievable.AND YOU STILL FORGOT THE DIPPING SAUCE! I EVEN SPECIFICALLY SAID PLEASE DO NOT FOR GET THE SAUCE, BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS DO. Get it together.
Just got food from here like 15 minutes ago. I always say even if it’s fast food, I’ll wait a few extra minutes for hot fresh food and this Good Times delivered to a T! Thank you for giving me the greasy burger I can’t get anywhere else and thank you for making it to order!! BOMB.COM!!! My only gripe would be next time if you could give me two bags instead of one overflowing bag? Haha!! My bag ripped walking into my house and then I was sad. ??
Normally I only go in the morning and everything is typically on point but this evening the experience was horrible. First we waited for ten minutes in the drive thru and then the food wasn’t just cold, it was like taken out of the fridge cold. Like sat on the counter for hours cold, the cheese was dried out and the buns were hard and dried out. I’m seriously concerned there will be a food poisoning issue due to poor food handling here. I don’t think I’ll be back.
I tried to purchase food from here tonight at 9:30pm. The order menu was dark but I seen another car in the drive thru so I pulled in anyways only to be told they just took thier last customer!! Google shows they are open until 10pm, I told the guy it wasn't 10 yet & all he said was sorry I can't help you. While I sat in the Kohl's parking lot deciding on somewhere else to eat I watched 5 other cars that were going to pull in as well but left instead. Unfortunately your employees cost you to lose out on several sales tonight.
Love the wild fries and dipping sauce. Came here on Superbowl Sunday to get my dog a pawbender for his bday and there was a tip jar sitting outside of the drive thru window... not sure if y'all taking tips is ethical. If you do, the company should post something legit looking...
