I work in the complex across Washington. They are always so polite and friendly. The drive thru goes fast wish is great since I only get 30 minutes for lunch. I've never had a wrong order.
Service was great! Buuut the malts? guys, the malts weren't mixed very well and there was too much chocolate syrup... I know! Who could have thought there is a such thing as too much chocolate syrup ??♀️

Ordered a mushroom Swiss with extra patty/cheese, 3 pack, and a BBQ bacon burger on 7/15/22 around 5-6 p.m. The guy taking the order (dark hair, glasses, skinny) didn't read my order back and told me he'd give me the total at the window. I had paid before he had told me what I had ordered and gave me a receipt. He had charged me for a big daddy which is the most expensive burger on the menu, which I didn't order. So now I'm out a couple bucks for something I did not pay for. Was not offered a refund nor anything compensatory like a scoop of custard. I've worked in this business before as a shift manager so I know you're supposed to. Yet it was chalked up to as "It happens" by the manager in charge (glasses, long curly blonde hair). Read the order back, don't be lazy, and handle customer service better. Not coming back because no refund/compensatory issued.
I love there bambinos, almost all the time I get my food fast, and best of all the employees are super nice. Recommended to anyone here.

Got the bambino combo....came home...they didn't put the burger on any of the sliders....just bread cheese sauce and pickles....that's a first for me!
I’ve had a really good experience with the afternoon/night staff. Except for today we went for lunch and my whole family and I got food poisoning :(
Extremely friendly, accommodating, and fast. Not only were they okay with me showing up 2min before closing, but they treated me like a person throughout. That's A LOT more than I can say for Wendy's or other nearby restaurants.Those milkshakes were great too, but the service stole the show.
