Have been coming here for a little while usually everything is good. How ever lately they have been messing up on my orders. Unfortunately the last 2 times I have been here their has been something wrong with the order. I think I might just take a small break from this place for now. If you do come here double check you're orders.

Really great place! Best gluten free sub I’ve ever had and I’m hooked on the hook and ladder the best sandwich ever with bell peppers cucumbers and green peppers added for free! Such a deal. And very friendly staff!
I ordered 2 medium smokehouse cheddar sandwiches and the meat was very dry, they put very little bbq sauce on the sandwiches, asked for pickles and didn't get them, and ordered 2 large mac and cheese that were only half full, very disappointing and I spent $30, very expensive for for a couple sandwiches
Ordered sub for takeout with no deli mustardFirst off it took 20 minutes to get my to go order, and then I get home take a bite to discover deli mustard slathered on my Hook and ladder subI called and of course I have to go back in to rectify their error, no thanksThey are supposed to be sending me a coupon for a free sub, we’ll see if it shows.And no pickle I just discovered, over I give this place an F grade. I usually go to the location on 144th, much faster and you get what is promised.
I go to this firehouse a lot. It’s always a great vibe the only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars is because if you place an online order it’s either done 5 min before or after, not all the time but sometimes I end up with a soggy sandwich.
Firehouse subs are above and beyond the best! Only reason for docking a star is because I was very disappointed they didnt offer a military discount. All other locations have done a free drink or something.
Teenage kids not always the best but the management makes the difference here obviously training well, keeping store very clean. While many others in the food industry are failing this store is thriving.
We love their sandwiches, delicious and filling. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I ordered for delivery due to busy day and not being able to go out for lunch. I placed an order for NO TOMATO. Shows it on the receipt. The site allows you to select what ingredients you DO NOT want. I selected this because i am ALLERGIC! They sent it COVERED in tomatoes without any apology for it even happening! They basically blew me off. There are plenty other places, I recommend going to the other places because this place obviously does not care if they stay in business. I mean it’s not like it is important that someone has a food allergy and requests not to have said item on their order or anything, right?P.S. Now I don't have lunch and don't have time to get anything else! Not that the location cares!
