Positive: Excellent serviceNegative: Food quality is literally trash. I'm convinced I could find anything offered at a questionable discount meat store. The meat tasted as if it was prepared from a $1 tv dinner; seriously not an exaggeration. Each side we tasted I'm confident came from a can. Disgusting. If you want real BBQ, do yourself a favor and visit Georgia Boys.

Great food the ribs were fall off the bone good. Highly recommend the desert as well we had cheesecake in a raspberry sauce. Only downer the service wasn't great. She was nice but not overly so and very slow. It's Saturday so I'll give the benefit of the doubt. We'd try it again.
We had Famous Dave's cater our wedding. We were sure glad we did. Our guests raved about how good the food was. The pulled pork was delicious and the brisket was so tender. And of course, the corn bread. Highly recommend for catering, well worth the price.

The moment we walked in, it continued to go downhill. There was no one to greet us when we walked in, we stood around for about 5 minutes before we decided to sit in the bar as we saw several tables occupied and thought we would get service. We again waited at the table for someone to help us. We saw a woman in the bar area cleaning tables and restocking. Finally with a lack of enthusiasm she asked what we'd like to drink. We had no idea she would also be our server since there wasn't any effort to make us the customer important. We ordered the three meat platter. We got our food fairly quickly, but the mashed potatoes were cold. The server Shannon never checked on us to see how our food was or if we needed anything since bringing it food. Her focus was strictly cleaning as it was getting closer to closing time. I've worked in retail and restaurants, if you have customers in your business, they are your number one priority but not in this case. One of the worst dining experiences we've ever gotten and we eat out 1-2 times a week. We waited to get our bill, we had to initiate this as cleaning was still more important. The last straw was taking away my leftovers that I had planned to take home and didn't even ask if I wanted it.Managers.... The customer service is lacking here. It felt like it was a big inconvenience that we chose to spend our money here for dinner.With so many restaurants to choose from we will choose a place that appreciates and welcomes us.
One of the few restaurants that has not overly raised their pricing due to COVID-19. The portions have not diminished. The quality is still good and the service I got was excellent.
Racist!!! We waited to get seated in a separate room witch was Mexicans and African Americans packed! The room had black curtains.. I looked in the bigger dining area nothing but white people with plenty of seats open. So while us with different skin color are crowded in a small room there is plenty of room in the other area.. we had a Mexican waitress and the other room had white waitresses. We didn’t have sauces at our table or wipes they did… terrible! I agree with some of the above comments Famous Dave’s is down hill! Do not go here. I got pictures to prove it!
One of the Best $11.50 Lunch Specials I have had!!! I had the 2 Meat Burnt Ends, Rib Tibs, Coleslaw, Muffin, Texas Toast, Pickles, Onions and a Sweet Tea. Restaurant was very clean and my Waitress Andie was awesome!
Fried pickles were super good had some real good food roasted chicken, brisket, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cornbread muffin I recommend going
