Pass by to get some iced coffee and donuts for my kids last night, just grab a glazed one right now and it tastes like plastic! I just hope my kids won’t get sick! I just don’t get how can this happen, unacceptable…..
I've been going to this dunkin since I moved from New England. In fact I based my apartment location around a dunkin donuts just to stay close to a feeling of home. And holy hell do these employees do that. I know all of their smiling and kind faces, yet I don't know their names. I know I've asked and they've told me but it's always so hard to remember things before I've had my tea.The crew knows my voice, knows my order, and are on top of their game 100% of the time. In times like these, I hope they get enough time for good breaks and feel comfortable in their job. Working food service is never easy, but these guys always bring their best.To the people that run this joint, I hope you're paying these guys well. Through thick and thin these guys ALWAYS say hello and make my morning just a bit better.Love you guys!--Medium ice tea black with two sugars guy <3
Always friendly staff but they don't make fresh doughnuts in store like any other place, they get shipments so they are dry and taste old. Everything else is good except the doughnuts - which doesn't make sense. Hope they change that in the future.
The employee who assisted me was new, I believe, but he did a good job. It was the shorter employee he consulted with who exhibited the condescending attitude. After I initially described what I wanted, he rolled his eyes at another employee, as if to imply that I was somehow asking for special treatment or consideration.

Staff seemed preoccupied. Coffee is great and I love donuts. One suggestion please make chocolate krulers.
Fast walk-in/carry out service! Food cooked perfectly (not burnt) and (this is the BIGGEST), the woman who handed me my breakfast sandwich SAID “THANK YOU”! ??? The only reason I didn’t give 5-⭐️ Is because the guy taking the orders didn’t say “Please” or “thank you” once I paid for my order. Maybe next time ??♂️
Visited on a Sunday afternoon and the door was locked. Waited 30 min. in the drive-thru and order was wrong. When we kindly asked it to be fixed, we waited another 5 min. at the window and almost got the coffee thrown at us. I get everything is disrupted and short right now but still can do better!
The food is tasty, they had a plentiful stock of donuts and other foods. The store was clean and the staff is very friendly. It was definitely a good experience.
