I typically order the same thing but decided to explore the pasta at dominos. When i picked up my order and got home i discovered the pasta with sausage didn’t have any pasta or sausage. It was basically a cheesy marinara sauce for 5.99?? Every other time has been good but not sure what happened last night.
Chicken Pasta Alfredo is always delicious; a good amount of chicken is included, perfect amount of sauce (not dry nor messy), and served in a good portion for one (unlike the BREAD "Bowls"; advise to get pastas on their own if looking for a decent serving).Pizza's are made quick, typically ready prior to given estimates. Food is always made to presentation & packaged securely to-go. Customer service friendly & accommodating during pick-ups. Well run location.
I'd ordered from here a few times, and it has been hit and miss. I've worked for restaurants, and I'm extremely patient for customer service jobs. I placed an order online here for delivery, and it has sat in the "prep" phase for about 50 minutes. When I called to ask if it was going to be made the lady was like "we're short of drivers, and we'll have it out as soon as we can." I do NOT blame the employees for the lack of leadership here. I obviously feel bad for the poor girl who had to take my call, because she has to deal with our feedback while most likely being underpaid by a corporation that already doesn't offer a lucrative pay rate for delivery drivers.
Told this location I want to place a delivery order. They let me know it would be 30 minutes. 1 hour 20 minutes later I call and they said they had it for carry out even though I let them know specifically my address and for delivery. They then let me know I'm not in their delivery zone. I'm a reasonable person but pretty terrible customer service overall, and a canceled order.
I order a pizza with half ham and pineapple and the other just cheese they gave me half pineapple and half ham, and the lava cakes were smashed it seems like they did it on purpose.
Can't get through, male answered the phone, with a bit of a lame attitude. I asked how long the wait was and was put on hold without answering. I know they got called ID with the address, so when I called back no surprise I was put on hold three more times. You lost me, a pizza buyer literally in the neighborhood just south of you. Sad!
2.5 hours and when I call I get "you can either pick it up or wait another 45 minutes" and what's great is that the "quality check" was done over an hour before when I made that call so by the time I ate, everything had been sitting out 90+ minutes and it very much showed. Would be cool if you called people when it was done and you won't deliver for another 90+ minutes. I'm literally 3 minutes away. Nasty pizza it is tonight, yay. It was nice of the employees to stick up for the business and refuse to believe the pizza had been sitting out even though it was obvious. Got some loyal ones over there.
Awful. Its been 3 hours since we ordered and still haven't received or food on a 40 min estimated delivery time. Was hung up on multiple times by Megan. Said she had Matthew on the way with food. That was 1 hr ago. Called again and Alexis answer and wasn't as rude as Megan but wasn't the most polite after what they did. Who knows if this pizza will ever come.
I've enjoyed Dominos for the last several years, but since moving to this new store's delivery area it has been bad. For the last four orders we've done, the pizza has taken at least 90 minutes, one time over two hours. The pizzas have been cold, and once wrong. They've always given refunds, so we kept giving the store additional chances, but we're out of patience. It's a shame because I really like the app and when it is hot and right, it's great cheap pizza.
Ordered at 545. 616, delivery goes out. I call at 645 and am assured it's coming soon. Then called back at 720 to find out the delivery driver put it at wrong address. They offered to remake it but said it would be another 2 hours until it would be delivered. Why couldn't it be expedited due to their mistake? I don't understand the thought process. I cancelled and they can only give store credit? Very frustrating experience and still didn't get any food. I would recommend another place for online orders.
