Dominoes has always been my first choice, especially because they're generally open later than the others. I came in after working late, and was worried it would be too late to order, but when I logged into the site, it was such a relief to see that as long as I placed the order before midnight I would be able to have it delivered. I placed my order with plenty of time to beat the clock and thought how great this was. What a nice feeling. How cool is this? However, moments later the order was canceled and obviously by the employees working tonight. What a disappointment it was to see not only that it was canceled but clearly it was done by someone that forgot what the online site said about the hours.Anyway thanks guys. It was a good feeling.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I placed an order and the address was entered incorrectly. I'm not sure of I did it or it was just an error either way they redelivered me fresh pizzas very quickly..everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 stars
Ordered for delivery- 4 Subs, which think they forgot the chicken. Cheese bread was.under cooked. Call and was told they are short staffed and I could get a credit on a future order. How about making the order correctly
My cheese steak was skimped on horribly, My buffalo wing were covered in cheese not buffalo. They would not answer the phone to address these issues.
When you order a sandwich and you literally need to pull stuff from the fridge because otherwise you are eating mostly plain bread.The other half had about the same amount or less and I feel like someone literally dumped the salt shaker in the bread/meat.

My Domino’s is located in Firestone and they do an amazing job on time management and the employees are super friendly.THIS Domino’s however on 120th is the worst I have ever seen. Our pizza order wasn’t even made by the time we went in to pick it up (40 minutes after we placed the order) and we decided to cancel and get Chik Fil A and even THEY had a huge line in the drive through and we still got our order on time.The young girl at the Domino’s counter didn’t even recognize the name the order was under and she was awkward and nervous. She asked what the order number was and we gave it to her and it is still unbelievable how it was not started. This place should shut down or get new management.
Wow what a bunch of punk kids running this store! Never recieved my order, called the store and the little manager with an attitude said someone would be delivering it. Never heard back or got my order! Worst experience I’ve ever had it was incredible
My delivery driver tonight was exceptionally polite and professional, as was the man who I spoke with over the phone. Not to mention…the pizza is amazing!!! I order from Domino’s for company and Friday night family movie nights.
Ordered online… waited 20 min and the tracker still said prepping. I called the store and they said it would be an hour and half. I get they might be short staffed.. but they should at-least cal all the orders they receive and let them know. I just moved into the area and this location has always been a problem when we order. Either forgetting something or taking forever. Now apparently it’ll take 7-8 business days for my refund.
Clearly overwhelmed with little to no staff. We called to check order status on a delivery that was over an hour with no updates. Devin answered and explained he was backed up on orders d/t very limited staff. He graciously offered to cancel our order. My son told him him no problem we can wait and we understand. We got our order after about 2 hours and it was hot and fresh. Then we got a coupon for a free pizza at a later date. Please give the employees at these restaurants a break they are doing the best they can. Thank you to Devin for sticking it out and I hope you are getting paid well for your customer service.
