Waited in the drive thru tonight almost 30 minutes just to find out they didn’t have chocolate ice cream. Why can’t they have a sign that says so? But it got worse when I got to the window to pay… they weren’t accepting cards only cash…. No one bothered to tell me this before I ordered…. So basically I wasted all of that time waiting just to not be able to get any ice cream. Oh and their lobby is closed too.So I guess thats three strikes, I’m out, and won’t be back. I suggest you find somewhere else to go too.

The ice cream is good here. The reason for my low star rating is that I waited in line for nearly seven minutes before taking my order. I understand they are busy but at least let us know that you'll be with us. From ordering to receiving the ice cream, the service was slow.
We go there for desert. The Drumstick w/ peanuts Blizzard is really good. A large is more than enough for 2 to share.
Waited all week for my cheat day….Waited in line for 37 minutes. Ordered a large blizzard Oreo and a large cheesecake blizzard. Neither one were correct…thanks for the waste of time.
I like this place but i refuse to accept chaos and confusion, long waits and poor service as the new norm. Not so much the employees fault, they need a mature manager on duty and it would be great again. 20 year customer at this place

DQ got very expensive for a an ice cream place. They don't have anything sugar free and everything is loaded with to much sugar. So if you want to get a sugar rush for you and your kids this is the place to go!
The ice cream is good and the people are professional and nice.
My dad and I came in a few days ago and he saw a new Misty Freeze slush flavor but wanted it in a Misty Freeze, I asked the boy at the cash register and he was very kind and said they could do that for him! Then we waited and I kept looking around the lobby, a lot of beautiful cakes, posters, and the whole place was clean and families were happy eating around us. I had to leave to answer a phone call outside but my dad came out with the food and it all looked so good, I would definitely give 10 stars for the staff, cleanliness, and the food!
Manager Mark has poor customer service, with allowing customers to wait 15 minutes and allow someone who cut the line place an order after several cars complained and numerous calls. Saying he can't just cancel a customers order.
