I have never had a problem with this dairy queen before but today I went and got the worst treat the girl in the window had no idea what she was doing the Manger was completely rude. Not the best service. Half the crew standing around doing nothing.

Straight up the best dairy queen I've ever been to. Corporate needs to give this particular staff working on 5/12/22 6pm a substantial raise. Good food even better customer service
6 employees looked at me and never acknowledged me, when the angry manager lady came over only because the register wasn't working just walked away while I was asking her why not one employee even noticed me. This place is dead on a 90 degree day tells you a lot about how people feel about this location
Placed mobile order and came to pick up after the promise time and it wasn't even started yet. The kids behind the counter didn't know what was going on. Manager/shift supervisor there was oblivious.
It’s really understaff and so many customers wanting so many things from these poor teenagers. Saw a lady being so rude to a worker for taking so long and she’s witnessing that they only have two employees no one seems to tip the give them any positive feed back. I would give a 1 star to these customers and a 5 stars to the crew members
Came in during a dinner rush and they were very busy. Black gentleman on the counter was very nice and got right to me. The manager on duty I presume was flying around filling in everywhere making sure no one felt to over whelmed. Great over all job as a manager I know this can be very hard to be positive with Karens that live in 2022. Food was great too!
Very clean. Manager went out of his way to ensure customers were happy with their orders or replaced them with an item of their choice. Great customer service!
Do not order from this Dairy Queen. I ordered and was charged for extra sauce for my chicken tenders, but they didn't include any sauces, not even the one that is supposed to come with the basket. The sauce(and the extras) are listed on the receipt so I'm not sure why they weren't included with my order. Thankfully Uber Eats gave me a refund for the extra charges so I guess if you do order delivery, make sure to do it through Uber Eats so you can at least get refunded when they don't make your order correctly.
If you use the Driv-thru, do NOT trust them to give you what you ordered. Take the time to check it. Not busy, 2 cars in line, and they cannot concentrate long enough to get it right ..... SAD :(
