The food is good. However, after waiting almost 20 minutes to get our food, we were dining in, then they didn't give us 2 of our sandwiches. We waited another hour, yes you are reading that right. And hour to get us 2 chicken sandwiches. We suggested making it ourselves, speaking with a manager, giving us our money back, and giving us hamburgers instead of the chicken in case it was too hard. But nope, we finally got our chicken.
Culvers is always a decent go to. But this review isn't about the food this is a HUGE thanks to Max! While we were eating our dinner Max was one busy guy. Manning the front counter, fixing pop machine, getting orders delivered. It was a pleasure to watch a young man go above and beyond with a smile on his face the whole time!!! Great improvement from prior employee interactions!!!
The fish and chips were delicious and alot cheaper than Yorkshire and the Cole slaw and French fries were a 100% better. And the staff were very pleasant. I'll definitely go back. Clean dining area also.
I loved it. If you have celiac disease, they keep it really clean and mostly safe here. Ask for a gluten free bun! The shakes are really good as well. I had a great time and got my money's worth.
This location definitely doesn’t meet the Culver’s standard. I have been here twice now and both times were disappointing. The first time, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and took two huge bites because I was starving and the middle was cold. They replaced it with a new one and I was happy albeit a little concerned for food safety. The second time was today and I decided to leave a review after a second bad interaction. The guy working the cash register sounded irritated but we noticed he was training someone. Figured that was the reason and let it go. They forgot our drink and the poor kid had to run back and get it (he was really nice). We pulled forward and double checked our bag and saw that the fries we asked for were never added to our order. We were too lazy to go back through and ask for it so we drove off. I ordered a vanilla malt and while drinking it I noticed chunks in my malt. Figured it was just the malt powder not thoroughly mixed but it was actually cookie dough? I mean I like cookie dough so I am not complaining about that but I definitely didn’t order it in my drink. I hate to complain but I want to see this place do better.
Very on-point from the order taker to the cashier at the window to the girl bringing out our order. This location has it together. The food we ordered was also on-point, and very fresh also extremely Yummy! We will be eating here more often for our favorite tastes and quality overall. Thank you.
Ice cream was gritty as if it had sand in it. I called and spoke to the manager to let him know I cod not eat the ice cream and he was unconcerned. No refund or replacement was offered. Total rip off.
Came to Culver’s on 1/29/22 and used the drive thru. I’ve been waiting with a number tag on my car for about min now. No other cars in line or waiting. Restaurant was super slow maybe 2 tables seated.Definitely am not coming back for lunch as it burned my whole lunch period just waiting for the food.
I ordered a butter burger with a gluten free bun, I got a microwaved, WET, gluten free bun in a plastic bag in side of a paper bag. I got my burger cheese and bacon separately in a box, cheese all stuck to the box and it was cold, definitely not cooked to order as I read online. Definitely was wondering why they didn’t just make the burger before sending it out…? Everything was tasty, just a very strange first time experience lol
Lots of great options that are better than most fast food. Always a line though! Plan on waiting a bit in your car, might even be better to go inside. They always get the order right also!
