Saddest crumbl grab ever. The kids working tonight clearly don’t care about following corporate standards. Pretty sure the s’mores cookie is suppose to be toasted marshmallow on top not some cold marshmallows thrown on top. And the apple pie cookie is suppose to have a nice streusel topping and not be spilling out everywhere. I’m so disappointed. And I’m a crumbl regular. I’d say go to any location but this one based on my experience. ?
My daughter ordered a dozen cookies for my husband’s birthday! She ordered 4 milk chocolate chip and the rest assorted. She had them deliver the dozen cookies to our house. She texted my husband once the driver arrived and said answer your door! The delivery guy said I’m supposed to say happy birthday from your daughter and happy birthday from me too! We had never heard of Crumbl cookies before but the cookies are Giant and Delicious! The service was Awesome and we appreciate the kindness delivered to our door!
The cookies are fresh and delicious.The staff are friendly and they look happy.I really like ordering on the screen, minimizes order errors.
Had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby, after ordering on the app and arriving at our pickup time. They substituted two of our cookies for chocolate chip without asking, and the special flavors we did get came out looking pretty terrible. Took a bite of one of the chocolate chip, it was almost entirely raw, barely baked at all. Later found out all four cookies were raw on the inside. Totally unacceptable for cookies so expensive, would recommend no one goes to this location.

Bad bad customer service here. I went to pick up an online order. There were 8...8 of you while I just stood there for a good 5 minutesIt's common courtesy to say hello or ask my name for my order. Everyone was talking to each other having a great time...AKWARD!

Good cookies but they only had a selection of 6 when I stopped in. I was confused because they were all specialty flavors and I was looking for something more generic for a gift. Unfortunately there were about 8-12 people working behind the counter and not a single person even greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Very bizarre and rude. Will not be coming back. I can make my own cookies.
