Absolutely horrible service. I went to pick up my online order and no I mean not a single person asked me for help ! I sat there in the line for 20 mins just to have someone hand me my order .
Staff was very nice, we reached just 4 minutes before closing and yet they were nice and served with a smile instead of being in rush to close. It’s a 4 star only because I did not like the flavor of ice cream but otherwise very good service and ambience.
I ordered a delivery and they completely sent my delivery to a different apartment so i never got my order & I asked for a new order and they called to make sure everything in my order was okay and correct, Thank you guys for caring about my order even if you didn’t have to I appreciate it :)
The ice cream is awesome no doubt, but the speed of the workers is painfully slow, it’s ridiculous. And when it’s super busy (line out the door), why do I see workers cleaning and doing other tasks that can wait? - why isn’t it every hand on deck to handle the rush? Myself and others have walked out of your store multiple times empty-handed out of sheer frustration - **THIS SHOULD GET YOUR ATTENTION!**. For the amount you charge for the ice cream you can afford more/better workers. Seriously Management, listen up and get a clue! I’m a repeat customer but not for long if this keeps up.Oh and I hate to harp but can you please make sure every order is consistently filled to the very top of the container so we don’t feel shorted?!
For the love of gawd get 3 people working behind the counter! The 2 girls plus the dude in the back doing who knows what cannot keep up with the influx of customers. Coldstone can easily afford to pay afford to pay an extra employee and keep people from waiting 40 minutes in line. 2 stars because the 2 overworked and overwhelmed girls were still friendly
I recently went to cold stone for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. They have a very wide variety of flavors and topings to mix into the ice cream. I tried the Cookie Doughn't You Want Some and my girlfriend got the almond milk chocolate ice cream and both were phenomenal. The customer service was also fantastic. I have nothing but outstanding words.
I always like going to Cold Stone. The ice cream is tasty in and of itself, and there's about 3 million different flavor combos to choose from. This time, I was serviced by an employee that couldn't have been more than 15 years old, and clearly was his first few days on the job. I thought I would give him something easy and that he should know, one of the signature flavor combos. He barely knew how to break things apart with his spoons and I ended up mixing the rest myself when I got home. The Graham cracker brick was still in one piece at the bottom... normally I would just chalk it up to he was new, but he didn't request assistance, nor was he offered any by the manager who was working right beside him on other orders.
I want to start off by saying what an amazing and outstanding person Armani is. He was super helpful and was able to solve my own mistake in 5 minutes or less. I went in to get a birthday cake and accidentally got the wrong size. When I returned back inside Armani was the first to notice I returned and asked me if everything was ok. I told him I accidentally got the wrong size cake by mistake. Armani asked me what size I needed and was kind enough to even guide me to find the right size cake. Finally found the right one. Armani was quick to solve my issue and was so kind that he even offered me the wrong size I originally got. I felt so bad I kept apologizing since it was my mistake but Armani was so kind and showed me what a kind human he. Armani I hope your manager because if your not I sure hope you get promoted. Your a great asset Armani thank you for your kindness and I’m willing to drive the hour just to go to this location worth the trip.
Every single time I have ordered delivery I ask for a cone and don’t get it. This is the third time this month I’ve requested a cone and didn’t get if. And this time I didn’t get any mix ins. I barely got a refund. I paid a lot for ice cream delivery and consistently am not getting what I’m paying for nor a refund. Inexcusable. Lost a very loyal and long time customer.
Online pick up ? Get back if the line. The staff is unprofessional and doesn’t know why people order online; to skip the line. Very disappointed.
