I wanted to like this location so badly since it's the only one around. I've been going to Church's since I was a kid living in Vegas and was excited to see there was a location near me. Unfortunately my experience just wasn't it. First there was no biscuit in my meal- I overlooked it and just took a bite of my boyfriend's and it was much like the chicken- flavorless but had nice texture.
Chicken & biscuits good as always. 3 stars because even though we were the only people there placing an order somehow they still managed to forget one of our items, our Jalapeno poppers, so we were disappointed. Since the closest Church's chicken location is 45 min away from our home there was no way we were driving all the way back to get them. We didn't have a huge order, very simple, family chicken meal, sandwich and jalapeno poppers. So there's really no excuse for forgetting an item just laziness and absent mindedness I guess. It wasn't busy, not at a peak time, they had plently of staff, and it was an easy order. Step it up Church's!!!
Purchased 2 PC meal. One piece dry and the other perfect. The biscuit was great! My husband got 3 PC meal and had really dry and good. So I'm not sure how good it was. Biscuits are very good is all I would say. Staff at register unfriendly but person filling orders was sweet as pie.
I ordered a family meal half regular half strips mashed potatoes Mac& cheese corn on cob biscuits gallon of lemonade! What I got was spicy chicken mashed potatoes mac&cheese! No biscuits no corn on cob and no lemonade and no chicken strips! This is unacceptable! So I got my credit and credit ordered and it took an hour and the order still was not right! Pitiful!
So disgusting and barely edible. The chicken was completely dry, it was like eating jerky. Tossed in trash.The fried okra was soggy had one piece and tossed in trash. The corn was also somehow soggy. Tossed in trash as well.
Just went in there and ordered almost 45 dollars of food asked for mixed chicken only got dark. The lids on the drinks were barely placed on and spilt all over my brand new car. Then when asking for a thing of ranch was told I can’t have any because I didn’t order the chicken tenders. Not going back
I drove far out of my way to pick up chicken because my husband had never tried Church's and I used to love it. I got all the way back to Erie to find they gave us all spicy instead of mild, which I don't enjoy and my child couldn't eat without me peeling off all the breading. Also most of the employees had their masks under their chins.
I love their food and prefer it over popeyes but the workers are very unwelcoming. Somedays they accept the coupon code that the company has been running for a year and the other times they don't and tell you to go to another church's and try there.
Everytime i go threw the drive thru they seem to always mess up my order or forget to add something drinks are always flat i love churches just not the service at this location
In store service was lacking sense of urgency for lobby customers. There was no ice for the drinks and overall it looked dirty.
