I bought a Barbacoa burrito and they charged me extra meat! Which was like spit of meat they put in and charged me $4.60+TAX really!? And they employees was rude. There was one younger and one older Mexican female!! The older female is rude WATCH OUT of her she is mean!!! Never coming back this place again!
The managing here is laughably bad. There was a line out of the door and the employees were visibly overwhelmed, but the “manager” just sat in the back on his phone and watched. When the inevitable problems began due to the poor managing, the manager acted very childlike.
The average portion of a bowl here is just about half of anywhere else. You can literally see the bottom of a burrito bowl that has all ingredients! The chicken is dry and they consistently forget ingredients. Just ridiculous.
I have never had such a bad experience. Queso was less than half full, my large chips had less than my girlfriends small chips, and when the food got delivered (less than 25 minutes after ordering) it felt like it just came out of the fridge. I have never gotten food this cold. I need my money back ASAP.
Went in to order food. Asked for the peppers and onions. They told me no. They’re for online orders only that they didn’t have any prepped and weren’t going to do it for a while. I would’ve understood if they just didn’t have any in stock but the fact that they put them on two online orders while I stood there at the front of the line and they still had half a bucket of them angered me. I then went to ask if they could just cut up some raw onion and put that on all I got was a nope. Very disappointed in their customer service. I usually leave a tip because I’ve worked in restaurants before. So they just gave their tip to a delivery driver through a third party instead of getting one themselves.
Seriously the company is going down hill fast, and you can't get service anywhere. This store is the definition of terrible. The burrito on the left, the smaller one, is a double meat double rice. The one on the right is a regular. And they forgot the extra guacamole and salsa with our chips. The kids quesadilla was completely unedible. Trying to get to customer service is non existent in the store or the hotline. done with chipolte as a company.
Good food but bad experience. Multiple employees had head phones in and no one wanted to help me. Counters cluttered and when I was checking out they tried to charge me for double meat because they left the red tag on the counter. The lady tried to argue that it was double meat until I asked the guy who scooped the meat to verify that it was only one scoop.
Have been a customer of Chipotle for years. Was going to order two individual tacos, a burrito, and two chicken salads. Total was $62.00. I laughed hard! Cancelled the order and will never......... Ever!!!! Eat there again!!!
Every time I come in here they give you the tinniest portion they can give not even a full spoon of rice or beans barely ANY MEAT and a pinch of lettuce. I come in here thinking maybe it’s just that staff I’ll come in at a different time next time to get better service… nope it’s like that every time.. if you ask them to put more they give you a dirty look and mummer about giving it to me.. I’ve noticed the same old cranky lady is there every time I can assume it’s her training to give barely any food out for 10 plates… horrible service
The food was fine but seems like the skimped on some ingredients. Their online service is terrible. You place an online order to avoid waiting in line. The last few times, I ordered online I had to wait 20 minutes or more past the scheduled time. I spoke with other customers waiting for their orders and they had the same complaint. I will not be going back to that location.
