Almost 8$ for a kids meal and this is how the fries come? And no we didn’t eat any the bag was sealed the whole ride home. Also it was mostly crumbs only about 3 whole fries.

Staff is always amazing here! This used to be the only reliable place to get fast food for me but lately the quality of the food has been very disappointing. Chicken sandwiches will often have a lot of tendons and the fries/ hash browns are just sad, flavorless and soggy.
We usually love Chick-fil-A however today not so much. We start by the normal long line wait in drive thru. We ordered a soup get to the window get our food. Ask the young lady if the soup was in the bag she said yes. We pull off trusting her word. I check it no soup in bag. I go inside to tell them they act confused. Then say they have to make more soup so have to wait 10 extra minutes for the soup to come out. No apology for the inconvenience. Just horrible customer service today. Do better Chick-fil-A!
We love the store in Federal heights . But today we went to the one one 120th and Washington. It's horrible. We order lunch and had the wraps. They tasted funny because the lettuce was the outside leaves turning brown and it also tasted like the lettuce was not rinse. Will not go to this store again.
I don’t know what’s happened to this location. Missing items 3 times in a row. This time I asked them to please double-check because the last two times we were missing items. The girl told me she did and said “that should be right” then corrected and it said “it is right”. Get home and it’s not. I order online, it’s perfectly typed and double checked, I get told it’s right, and it’s not. I am officially done with this location and I’m not driving twice as far, so I’m done with Chic Fil A unless near by.

My car broke down in the drive thru and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. They offered help and gave us water during the hot day. We had already placed an order when my car started to overheat and they brought out our food as we assessed the damage. It was the kindness of the staff that made a horrible situation better. Thanks guys!!
I actually visited this location two days before I got my meal. The line was not very long but it was taking quite a bit of time for them to serve each person at the window. So I had to get out of line and go to work. Tried again two days later, gave myself extra time and the service was still about the same speed. The hashbrowns were really good and my chicken minis were good. Not sure if the kids guys are understaffed due to Covid or what. Everybody was friendly though. It’s no shade on the staff.
Absolutely love this place! Great customer service & fresh food. They could fill the fries up but other than that I love coming here for both the food & service. The owner is so sweet & makes it a point to communicate with customers. I worked here as a teen & I'm glad to see this location still doing so well. Wish they had one closer to 84th & Washington. Hopefully sometime soon?
We are from Montana and our daughter has been asking to go to the “cow restaurant “ for over a week. So we drove down so she could go…knowing the biggest part of her wanting to go was to play on the playground. We get there and the play area has been closed and is used for meetings and extra storage. She was heartbroken! The manager moved things around in order for her to play. It’s the small things like this that go to show you how great he is as a person and how customer service is given at Chick fil A!!!The food is always amazing!! I have never been disappointed. We would LOVE to have one in Montana!!!
