The hand-breaded gold digger chicken sandwich is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had at a fast food chain both times I've been there I've had to wait for hot fresh chicken but it's well worth the wait.

I order 2 triple bacon beast meals and I got 2 single cheese burgers with only one side of fries. I try calling to complain the call never went through. I’ll never go to this location ever again.

None of the sodas were carbonated, the chicken sandwich was undercooked and felt like rubber, the meat in the burgers was mushy and to top it off there was hair in my son's fries. Normally this place isn't too bad but this was by far one of the worst dinning experiences
I've been to this Carl's three times over the last 3 months and every single time they have hot food. I usually have to be told to pull around, but I really do not mind at all be ause every single item I've gotten is hot. I usually come mid day between 2-5pm, so I can't speak for the morning or night crews, but the mid shift is amazing! I love the service here as well, they serve with a smile. The last time I went they were extremely busy, but at the same time very organized. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know.
The food is good the quality is fine but can we slow the drive thru down so that it doesn't feel like I'm having things thrown on me? I'm not paying for that experience.
I've been wanting to eat here for the longest time and I was very presently surprised with my meal. I got a new favorite fast food restaurant. I am happy I finally got to try it.
for one on drive thru menu it says 8.38 for the number one i got medium everything ! got charged 9.38 before tax then 10.27 for the basic meal wow crazy experience! then fries upside down in bag half cooked!!! the burger meat cold sandwich hot huh? i truly well get food at popeyes dont go to the one on 4211 e 104th Thorntonton co 80233!!!!
We used to love getting the chicken club sandwich, but this last time it was awful. It was as if were eating fake chicken. We asked for ours to be well done and it wasn't. It had a rubber texture. Won't be going back
The customer service here is ok but when you ask for extra ketchup or anything for a sandwich they will add extra lettuce just to put an upcharge on you. When they repeat the order back to you they will leave the extra lettuce part out. Which definitely let's me know they are doing it on purpose. And who in the world wants extra lettuce on their sandwich. They would just order a salad. I think that comes from the lady sift manager. As she pulls the receipt she saw what was going on.
