Disappointing. Very unhappy with whole experience. We had a gift card so we went tonight to celebrate Fathers day and a birthday. Unfortunately from the service to the food, to the the bill was very unpleasant experience. You would think a place called Buffalo Wild Wings would have good wings but that was not the case. Wings were over cooked, dry and chewy. One of our party got a burger which was the only thing that was decent. Our waiter mumbled and talked so low that it was difficult to understand what he was saying. They have a new thing called "hot and ready" so food came out at different times depending on when it was ready. The fries came out first that we ordered with the wings. They were gone long before anything else came. There were 4 people in our group 2 ordered wings and 2 ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich with salads. The wings for 2 of us came out next without any napkins or silverware. As you probably know it's very hard to eat wings without napkins! When we asked for them it took so long that by the time we got them our wings were cold. The salads came out with the burger and the chicken sandwich order got lost or misplaced so everyone else was pretty much done when it finally arrived. You would think the salads could of come out while they were waiting for the hot food to arrive instead of at the same time as the hot food! There were issues with the bill also regarding a gift card we were using but I've probably complained enough for one review. Needless to say we will probably not be back. This was not the first time we have had issues here as we have come a couple times in the past to watch NFL games and were unhappy those times also. It will however be the last time we come here.
Upgrades look great but when there are only 4/5 people in the whole restaurant there is no excuse for serving our food cold. 3/4 dishes were room temp by the time they were brought out. For a restaurant such as BWW you honestly can’t be making that mistake. This is your bread and butter. Please do better.
Buffalo Wild Wings is always a hit or a miss. This past visit was a hard miss. We were understanding on the kitchen being backed up, but the server we had was awful. They were constantly standing in the back corner to talk with other servers. We had waited 30 minutes for a refill and we had to eventually ask another server for one. We forgot to order fries with our meal, so we eventually caught our server and asked for fries with our meal. The fries came out probably 20 minutes before the meal did. We wanted to question if we could get some to come out with the food and they said for an additional cost. So we just ate the ones we had so they weren’t cold fries with the meal. The Food Overall was Good this Trip, but the Service was not great. The other servers we got help from were really good, granted they were actually very busy with lots of tables.
A rare and delightful evening with my son at Buffalo wild wings. One of our favorites. Haven't been in quite a while so was really looking forward to it. The place was very busy, lots and lots of people. Was wondering how the service was going to be since I know so many places these days are short staffed. But we really lucked out with our server. Her name was Kayla. She was absolutely amazing! Of course it took a bit for our food to arrive which is to be expected these days. But the food was great. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. But the highlight of our evening was our server. I absolutely cannot say enough about how wonderful, friendly, kind and always checking up on us if we needed anything else. She deserves a 10. Can't wait to go back!
My 17 year old daughter and her best friend dined in last night. They ordered food and drinks, which took over 30 minutes to get to the table. No napkins were provided. Server came back 20 minutes later, they requested napkins, ranch and drink refills. Took AN HOUR for him to come back with ranch and even longer for the drink refills. Table next to them complained about service. Manager came out and sat with them for an hour, lamenting on her life story, while oblivious to the horrible service going on around her. Server kept walking past the table, not checking in. Took 15 minutes to get the check when they were finally able to request it. $30 for 4 lemonades (supposedly free refills) and buy one get half off 6 wings. This is not the first time they have had horrible service… the last time they were there, the server was drinking in the bathroom with underage girls and ignoring her tables. Needless to say, none of us will be returning to this location.
This place has been great to me and so has the employees ! But today I was not happy with the service. NEVER have I been one to complain or waste time writing a review but today was the day it happened. Let me just say I’m all for servers and how hard they work multitasking table to table to get their customers needs it’s not an easy job but it’s also not impossible. So for that tipping is my number one at restaurants when I see servers doing there job correctly. Today I went in for lunch and settled in ordered drinks and an appetizer. Received both but time passes and I as well as my girlfriend needed a refill although I see my server dealing with two other tables along with a big one with 10+ people so I wait patiently til she comes and checks on us (usually happens every 10-15 min) about 20 min goes by and well the party had lots of people so I seen she was there still taking orders but when she had gotten done she manages to reach two of her other tables about 3 to 4 times with their refills and their food as well as managing to go to the back of the restaurant by a window to get on her phone. Then after another 10 minutes goes and a nice man brings our food out and I ask him very politely “could we please get refills” he responded “well who’s your server” understandable he isn’t assigned to my table so I had replied with “the girl but she hasn’t checked with us for over 20min” so she comes and apologizes which was great And I was fine she got my refills I have my food what do I have to be mad at right ? Well we get done eating and we decide to wait til she comes around to ask for my bill as well as some boxes mind you I have about 10+ wings and lots of fries left.within the first 10 min she passes to go to the bathroom and is in there for about another 10 min so I get upset because every time I needed something I waited at least 20 min or more for her to acknowledge me . Why does it take 10 min to go to the restroom, and no I’m not against it take a break I fully understand you need to use the restroom totally fine I have to go super bad and can’t wait sometimes as well. But when you have multiple tables maybe ask someone to cover a few but when you have a job that’s go go go there’s no time for 10+ min breaks in the bathroom Time passes and she comes out and RIGHT AWAY PASSES MY TABLE so I’m there waiting for literally another 10 min probably longer but then she finally manages to come to my table and asks if we need boxes. So you seen us sitting here all that time not touching our food and barely ask us ? So I responded “yup boxes please and my check” she bring it with one tiny squared box knowing both my wings and fries wouldn’t fit, it was visibly known. I left no tip as I felt it was not deserved for the service then having other people bring us what we needed half the time and I went in ready to tip with a gift card and some cash but no I don’t like poor service and poor attitudes. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE ever!! do better employees .
This BWW used to be a nice spot, but post Covid this place has gone downhill pretty quickly. The inside has a dive bar feel, which is obviously not an intentional vibe on their part. Overall pretty "dirty" atmosphere. The food quality also seems to have gone down and the wings are lacking the quantities of sauce they used to give out. However, the beer is still cold and the bar itself still seems to be of quality. Service can be slow due to the lack of staff on hand currently.I will say our reoccurring waiter David is fantastic and I hope the management staff recognizes that. One of the few good things about this place.
Not a pleasant experience tonight. Ordered the smoked brisket burger. It came out and wasn’t correct. It was just a brisket sandwich, no burgers. They take my plate and tell me they put a patty on the grill. They bring it out and it is still not correct. It had 1 patty and was suppose to have 2. It had some kind of slaw on it that wasn’t suppose to be on it. It didn’t have the correct sauce on it. The person who brought it out said that it was the same food I sent back they just put a burger patty on it. I had put ketchup on my plate previously. They literally put a patty on it and called it good. So my fries were cold and so was the brisket since it was the same food they brought out the first time. Very lame and just plain lazy. It was NOT what I ordered. We haven’t been in years and we completely remember why.
This place is hands down the worst Buffalo Wild Wings. Just waited 10 minutes for a hostess to come a greet us then tell us she only has two servers so it will be a 30 minute. Mind you we also had 7 employees walk by us and not greet us one time. I had to go a grab someone and they told me that we just have to wait for the hostess to come over and just wait for her. Even with 2 servers only 6 tables were in use. That is only 3 tables per server. This was our third time trying this place and it is always the same. Rude service.
My boyfriend and I went to have lunch here today, we’ve been here plenty of times without a bad experience but unfortunately it was not the case today. We both ordered the 10 wings lunch combo, for mine I asked half hot half spicy garlic and I even watched the girl write it down. When they came out the girl (who didn’t take the order) said here’s your mango habenero and spicy garlic and I said oh I’m sorry this isn’t my order so she took it back and two seconds later comes back with the EXACT same plate with just the hot sauce POURED over the mango habenero. Who does that?!? Completely unacceptable. My boyfriend refused his so we told them to just throw it away did not pay and left. Needless to say we will NEVER go back which is unfortunate but that just does not fly. We will find better wings elsewhere.
