Pizza is good,but when I ask for double sausage,it seems like they don't know what that means..and I don't get what I pay for..the black jack on 84th in Thornton is way better than this store.
The amount of toppings they put on the pizza or sparse we have to end up ordering extra cheese and extra sausage every time to get a real pizza from these guys
UPDATE MY FAITH IS RENEWED!! THE GM DUSTY (sorry if spelled wrong) phoned this afternoon. The level of professionalism was outstanding. There was an honest glitch in communication between my phone call yesterday which I was reassured would be handled. Since we do love BJ, we're gonna give them another try!! ThanksUPDATE, SO I CALLED TODAY 1/25/2022 AS ALL THAT CAN READ SAW THE REVIEW ASKING ME TO. I EXPLAINED REASON FOR MY CALL AND "KELLY" DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE COULD DO FOR ME. THIS PHONE NUMBER SHOWED ORDER FROM SEPTEMBER, WELL SOME OF US HAVE A PARTNER/MARRIED AND WE USE THEIR NUMBER... ANYHOW HE DIDN'T OFFER TO GET MANAGER OR TRY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. HE WILL PAST IT ALONG, MIND YOU WITHOUT ASKING MY NAME, OTHER PHONE NUMBER, ANYTHING... WAY TO GO YOU ALL TO GIVE A CHANCE TO FIX THIS.... I HAD FAITH.... KEY WORD HAD!!!!Unbelievable amount of grease. Just dripping... a flat Calzone that looks big, however looks are deceiving because the calzone is flat and hardly filled....upset tummy now... guess I go back to Godfathers for their Calzones.
After receiving bad service lately from Papa John's and Domino's, we decided to try Blackjack. We are so glad we did! The pizza was great, the delivery was earlier than expected, the deals were good and we didn't have any issues. We will definitely order again. Thanks, Blackjack!
I love all blackjack's and love that they deliver, but this was some of the best I've had. I always order the same thing and when I got it delivered from this store it was somehow better! I will be ordering my delivery from this location moving forward.
They do not believe in cheese on pizza
I was in the store on 10/9. There is an associate there who helped me and on my receipt it says their name is Sana D. She was very nice, went though my order and offered to help me as my hands were full. Not only did she not need to offer this, she was genuine in her intention. I appreciate this type of customer service and I definitely didn't want her great work to go unnoticed. Thank you Sana!
