Absolutely disgusting. I order two smoothie bowl - island and warrior and both tasted icy and was watery! We tossed it and grabbed lunch somewhere else.
Berry Blendz use to be a step above all other smoothie shops and are now worse than many. Over the last few years the quality has taken a huge hit. I'm not writing this after one bad experience but after a few. All of the smoothies, I've tastes lately, taste watered down with little to no flavor. You can tell they are cutting costs but then costs for consumers stay high with something that doesn't even taste worth it. Lids don't even stay on the cups anymore making it hard to handle. I'm disappointed in how quickly they have tanked. I believe the good reviews based off who they were I'm the past but can say they are not worth the money anymore and will not be back. Trash smoothies.
Shout out to all the hard working employees that work here! There’s no denying that they are on the younger side, but they sure can handle the pressure and work so hard. Thank you for my consistently delicious smoothies!
I love this place more than any other smoothie place. It would make more sense to have more than just one person working at all times. It takes a long time just to get one drink because of this. Sometimes I’m in a hurry and just leave because of it.
I like to go get a smoothie except for management can’t make a schedule because they left one girl all by herself early in the morning not knowing how to make anything. Finally the girl comes in starts helping right away. So that was good. Next a different day , I show up this morning at 8:05am and there’s this sign saying they’re closing early which must of been from last night which means whoever was supposed to open is obviously not there. Come on berry blendz let’s get it together.

Typically love this place, but today I placed an online order. It was declined by the store stating they were too busy. I went directly too the store and no one else was there. It just looked like they didn't want to take anymore orders. The lights were off and the employees didn't seem happy
Came in and asked for a suggestion because I was getting a little bored of my usual, Victor at the register was very outgoing and friendly all around and made a great suggestion and offered to remake the drink if I didn’t like it! Just shows some great customer service right there, and the drink was bussin!
Amazing and delicious great staff too- huge menu everything is fresh and tastes great
The smoothie bowl was okay, very runny. Disappointed that all their products are Styrofoam. Will stick to Rush Bowls.
