Not happy with this Arby's. It was clean. They gave little peices of curly hard little curly pieces. Cold fries looked like the bottom of the lunch rush. The cashier ignored us then acted like we inconvenienced him from his phone. Will not go back.

First time there. Used the drive-thru. They were very courteous. They were very efficient. Took my order quickly had my food ready within 3 minutes of me pulling up to the delivery window. Good food
The regular fries were OK but the curly fries were dry and old. We ordered 2 wagyu specials, one was cooked fine and the other was way over well done. For both the buns were not fresh.
I wouldn't order anything that needs to be deep fried. The curly fries definitely tasted stale. Change the oil and clean the fryer.
We just got home with our sandwiches and seen there were no fries in the bag. We paid over $20! and got shorted. The sandwiches were good though. Next time we'll check the bag before leaving the drive thru. Just an FYI to you all, check your bag.
They always have some type of specials. That works grest for my family as we are not huge eaters and usually just want the sandwiches. The food is fresh and not microwaved that I have ever seen.
To Aida the store manager, you give a complain about her racist employees, they laugh that people don’t talk Spanish right and she does pay attention to the complain. Hopefully the service gets better.
Sat at the drive through window for about 5 minutes without anyone saying anything at all. Said “hello” multiple times. Finally gave up and drove away and made eye contact with an employee sitting at the window with his headphones on and then watched the car who was behind us also get completely ignored and also drove away. 10:20 pm on 3/10/22. Just wanted a beef and cheddar ?
Service was grand and food was top notch. Cleanliness is good and the people are very nice. I rang the bell, I was quite pleased.
Great food as always. Everything was fresh and very good. I feel like every time I eat here, the food only gets better
