Been going here for about 14 years. The decor is a little out of date but who cares the food is on point.
Great people awesome food.... I never know what I'm in the mood for when I walk in... never been disappointed
Called to order a tray. Tried to give woman name and number. She said “no, I don’t need that. Just credit card.” So I gave it to her and before I could ask how much it was she hung up. Got hung up on as I called back. Card was charged.Four days later showed up to pick it up and tray wasn’t there, they never got the order. They told me they don’t have a name or number and said I called the wrong place. I checked my phone, called back the number I called and got their restaurant again, confirmed it was them. Guy still denied that I ever called them despite me showing the charge.2 stars instead of 1 because after back and forth and arguing that they’ve charged my card, they threw together a chicken tray
This place is usually pretty good. Last few times horroble. Seasme chicken is to hard, broccoli is not cooked. Didnt listen to half of my order. And very poor customer service. Will not be returning.
I really used to love this place. Me and my grandma would go here about twice a week. but today was probably my last time going, I ordered one scoop of fried rice and one side of egg drop soup and was charged $10.45 , when I had asked why so much for two items he tried explaining that each item was $4.50 which still would not come out to $10.45 I have never gone to a Chinese restaurant that charges $4.50 for a scoop of fried rice. Your signage and name is literally $1.25 a scoop and you don’t even follow that maybe it’s time to go ahead and get a name change or start charging people the correct price. I completely understand the price of food and such has gone up but you need to also change your markings on your menu if that’s the case. Asian express literally right next-door to the McDonald’s across the street is 10 times better and they charge the correct price every single time I’ve went in, I will go there from now on.
I've been eating here for years...The food is delicious and it's family owned!! Their customer service is great!!
I usually LOVE this place. Food is great. Tonight we went and the lady behind the counter was to busy talking on her cell phone (ear bud) to hear half my order. She didn't include at least 3 things I asked for. (A scoop of sesame chicken, crunchys for my egg drop soup, and sweet sour sauce). I truly believe if she got off the phone my order would have been great and it would be 5 stars not 1.
Food is great and is always good to feed the family without breaking the bank.
Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Went in, tried to order but the woman was talking on the phone the whole time. Food was way too dry, and got items I never even asked for. Sad to see how downhill this place has gone. My family will not be returning.
