The breakfast burrito was good, not great. I liked the consistency, the crunch from the potatoes. The guacamole was very good. The Verde sauce had a little heat, but sadly wasn't that great of a Verde sauce. The dressed greens were a little stack of spinach with a simple dressing. Service was good. The little glass of iced tea was too expensive unless I got lots and lots of refills, which didn't happen. I'll give them another try.My 2nd visit, I smartly replaced the tea with a storm peak maestro IPA, and the burrito with a more modest lunch sandwich and salad combo. The 1/2 Cobb was excellent. The 1/2 club sandwich was heavy mayo and forgettable. I'll give them another try.OK, "The third time pays for all." Server Grace upped the service quality to five stars. The Reuben sandwich is excellent. My review changed from four stars to five.

Superb portions and great food. We asked for patio at breakfast time and we’re the only people out there…we loved it!! Our waitress Jessica M was excellent and answered some questions we had since it was our first morning there! We will be back at the egg!!

Busy little place but so worth the wait! Gravy like grandma use to make, fluffy eggs, fluffy biscuits and the best french toast! The coffee is pretty good too! You may need to add yourself to their reservation list. Super easy, just go to their website.

Absolutely FANTASTIC food and service!! Everything we ordered was devoured because it tasted so delicious! The Gluten-free oat pancakes was amazing. Highly recommended.

"SLEEPING GIANT BURRITO " with green Chilli, This Breakfast burrito was HUGE ! A must try if you love breakfast burritos like me. Absolutely delicious can't wait to get back up to steamboat springs and eat here again.

With great service and unique menu, this restaurant is great! We tried the Mexican skillet and bacon avocado scramble, and they were both delicious. Kudos to them on the fresh fruit - it had strawberries, blueberries, melons, grapes, and pineapple- yum!

If you’re hungry & want some tasty homemade vittles make sure you eat at The Egg ?You could even order a meal & share with a friend if you’d like because getting to that last bite is tough (but I persevered ?).I recommend the Sunshine Chili Rellanos with the Ranch PotatoesThe Breakfast Burrito ? was enjoyed by my other half (he couldn’t finish it ?).The staff is super sweet & the service quick too.Enjoy your day after filling up The Egg kinda way ?

We heard lots of people talking about the Egg for a quality place to enjoy a good breakfast. We made reservations on their website prior to our arrival which helped as we had no wait by timing our arrival just right. There are plenty of options on the Menu to cater to everyone and they serve alcohol for those looking to enjoy their vacation a little earlier then planned. Definitely would eat here again!

Had a window seat, very nice waitstaff! Coffee was “ok” food SUPER good! Cinnamon chip waffles, perfect bacon. Avocado toast was so expensive I chose something else.

This place really exceeded my expectations. Service was friendly and quick. The parisian benedict was one of the best benedict’s I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot). All of my dining companions were very happy with their meals, as well. Huge portions for the price.
