It was overall a good dining experience; what made the experience good was the Happy Hour menu and pricing even on a Sunday ($8 cocktails, $4 beers, $9 wines, 50% off on snacks) and the service. We also tried the small plate (tuna poke) and the main (Korean bison short ribs). Tuna poke had very little tuna, and Korean bison short ribs had 3 small pieces of short ribs for $44 (it did have big chunks of kimchi in the kimchi fried rice and too much gochujang (red pepper paste) under the cucumber to make up for it (?)). I would go to take advantage of the happy hour (my margarita was good and strong, also the snacks were good), but maybe not splurge on the mains, unless they come up with bigger and meaningful portions.
Our favorite restaurant in Steamboat. We visited last summer and loved it so we made sure to come back this year. Service is top notch and friendly. Good info and advice on the menu. And speaking of the menu - it is wonderful. Several great unique options and I had trouble choosing. Kudos to the chef. Took our waiters suggestion and it was great. Cocktails are also good and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
We loved Table 79! My husband & I shared the Portabella Mushroom appetizer and it was melt in your mouth good. I ordered the burger, which came on a brioche bun with the usual toppings - LTO, but the treat was the aioli! It added so much flavor to an already stellar burger. My husband had the duck confit rolled tacos with a really delicious relish. Our meal was wonderful! We did finish off the meal with the key lime dessert and it did not disappoint. Our server, Gloria, was so accommodating & efficient. Weâll be back, next time weâre in Steamboat. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Not our first time and hopefully not our last. We ate outside with our pooch, Tobey, beneath the table. Service was great, friendly, attentive. They missed us at first and one of the managers noticed , apologized, bought our first glasses of wine and took our order. Food was over the top. Pleasantly presented, incredible to,eat. Noise from the street but attractively blocked by fence and flowers. A delight for the senses.

The food was outstanding. My husband had the duck and he just raved about it. The mushroom fries are a favorite and tuna poke is always a favorite. The sauce was a tad bitter this time but still pretty good. The service was excellent. Yes ina time when service seems to be lacking in general. Our server Brandy was personable and very attentive. We love this restaurant and the overall ambience is fun.
High prices but great food. Highlights included the tuna poke and Ruby Red Trout Acqua Pazza. Salads and apps are done well too. Saw a lot of HUGE hamburgers going by, so they must be very popular. Drinks and service were great too. Definitely would return.
