Coffee there is always amazing, great services and friendly atmosphere. The reason for 4 out 5 is the location in craig the only one is inside city market and it's sometimes hard to get there.
This location was out of matcha for the green tea frappuccino. My daughter doesn't drink anything else and was disheartened. The lady told us about the vanilla frappuccino. My daughter was in heaven after taking a sip. Now, she had 2 things to drink. The lady at Starbucks was very kind and sweet!
Don't recommend this place was not open it said it's open online then when I drove over here was not open don't understand why it was not opened but even being closed it was really really dirty
caramel macchiato is my favorite ? customer service is awesome they're always asking me how my day is and very nice! Great Starbucks ?

Just not a huge fan of big chain coffee. Steamboat offers a plethora of locally owned brew and bakery shops like Mountain Brew, Off the Beaten Path Bookstore, Steamboat Coffee Roasters and Big Iron.
Apparently you can't scan your card here unless you pay with it because it isn't a corporate location? The girl got our order correct but failed to give me my receipt-i had to reach over and take it after she walked away. She also had a hard time fitting a lid onto one of my drinks and they ended up touching the actual drink, with no gloves on, as they tried 3 different lids. Tossed the bakery items we ordered onto the counter with force when they were done as well.I travel for business a lot and I don't think I'll stop by this location again, no matter how close it is to work, after this experience.
Great people. Always busy but worth it.
