So disappointed after reading so many great reviews. Made reservations a week in advance and was really looking forward to a great dinner. Took 20+ minutes to get a drink and then another 15 for chips and salsa. When the food came out it was cold. Not even warm. Our server never came to check and we had to flag the manager down to just get the check. Manager apologized for the service and said next time it would hopefully be better. No thanks. Went to Taco Cabos the next time and had the best tacos and service. Overpriced and unsatisfying.
We were here at noon on Sunday. It just so happened this was the first day this year that they had their roof-top dining open so we immediately went up there. So glad we did as the views are awesome! We both had margaritas and they were great. Between us we had four tacos: Battered fish, baracoa, chorizo, and Routt County Bison. They were all excellent, but my favorite by far was the chorizo. Mrs. M's favorite was the barbacoa. All were yum! We had great service from Tammi and we can't wait to come back!
Great queso with ground bison! Tacos were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Go for happy hour. Owner was present and very friendly.
Stopped in at the Salt & Lime, the tacos are a must have!! The bartender, Bob, was friendly and made some damn good drinks !!
Enjoyed! Nice place downtown. They were quick to serve and seat. Salsa and chips were great to go before. Great location, easy to find
Went for dinner early at 5. Happy hour goes till 6pm so got $1 off each taco. Chorizo Vampiro taco we decided was the best. Shrimp blt not as good as I’d hoped. Naked guac was great. Burrito very filling. Barbacoa Quesadilla was excellent. Quality over quantity. We would recommend the place. I would not want to wait more than 15 minutes. Our server was friendly and quick.
Hostess was rude when we walked in. Again another person put out by patrons. She was slow and should not be the 1st person to represent the establishment. Waitress was great! We got the queso and the Guacamole to start, it was fair. My boyfriend got the chicken burrito and said it was great. I had the Baja bowl and it was ok and filling. Wouldn't return personally.
Food was good but not exceptional for the price. Mostly tacos on the menu. Friendly wait staff. We waited 1 1/2 hours for a table. Part of the restaurant was not being used perhaps because of lack of staffing?
While the food is mostly very tasty, don’t sit near the entrance as it is Hellish drafty and cold. Not sure what happened to their cuisine but it’s not as mind-blowing as it was two years ago. Hope it gets better.
