Employees were condescending and said “our food isn’t free of anything “ when asked what on the menu is gluten free. (It’s not a preference- my son gets physically sick if exposed to gluten)Staff needs assistance in customer service. This was a first and only experience at qdoba, and I didn’t order anything as a result.
I've been a customer at this location for over 10 years and have seen many changes in both staffing and menu selections. The pandemic has definitely impacted many places in Steamboat and Qdoba is no exception.None-the-less, my most recent visit was terrific! The staff were friendly and helpful and did a great job answering some of my questions about ingredients. The "line" had all of the menu options available and the place was clean. Thanks to Izzy and Memo, in particular; Joaquin and Kaylee get props too.I'll continue to stop in to Qdoba when I'm looking for a tasty meal and a night off of cooking. (Hoping the hours will be extended once everything settles down.)
I get that people are having staffing issues, but I went at 5:30 and the place was closed even though it’s supposed to stay open until 6. Honestly not sure if they had just closed or if they hadn’t even opened for the day. Hard to get customers if the already limited hours aren’t accurate.
This qdoba is the worst I’ve seen, everyone in line complained about the amount of meat they give, they gave me less than a half handful of chicken (like a few little pieces) . Poor service, For almost $12 just go to the Mexican restaurant in the same shopping center.
Staff was excellent. Beef brisket was turned. Throwing up out of both sides for the whole next day
Excellent gluten and dairy free options
This qdoba is closed for dinner half the time and I went there for lunch yesterday and the lady rolled her eyes after I asked for something that she had already walked past. Sorry for asking you to do your job.
I put in an order for my family and I. When I went to pick it up, the "Open" sign was on but the main door was locked. The side door was open so I went in. I was told the store cancelled my order. Supposedly, someone with my exact name called from Reno, Nevada and claimed it was their order and they needed to cancel. Yeah, sure. That seems plausible. More likely, they just didn't want to make a large order. So I took my money elsewhere.
This was the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. They started putting up chairs and were no longer cooking food to restock what they were out of at 6:00pm even though they don’t close till 8pm. Also I swear the glass is there for a reason and I saw a family of 9 all poking their fingers over the glass to point at what they want! Gross ?.
On vacation and assumed we would get the same food quality, quantities, and service we’ve come to expect at our hometown Qdoba. We could not have been more wrong. No one on staff was friendly nor smiled. The portions were small and they were out of many things. All four of us had to keep asking for more this and more that. Even then the bowls and burritos were significantly smaller than what we get at home. We are frequent customers of Qdoba. The only bright side was the Coke freestyle machine. I would have raised the complaint at the restaurant but I honestly doubt anyone would have cared. To top it off, the locked the doors 15 minutes before closing.
