We come to Steamboat every year and we came to Mazzola’s last year for the first time and it was great. We went tonight and it was so good. It is the best Italian food in Steamboat hands down. Additionally, there are a lot of great servers out there but when you have small children, it takes a whole new level of great server and Ashley (who served us tonight) was awesome!!! “Highly recommend” is an understatement.
The places was packed, and we were grateful to be able to squeeze in at the bar. The bartender was very friendly, and the food and drinks were perfect. The mozzarella sticks with the Calabrian jam...Mmmmmm! I took the bartender's suggestion and had the mushroom agnolotti. I don't even really like mushrooms, but it was a great choice!
Nikki was our waitress and she was the BEST waitress we have had in a long time. We had a lot of fun with her! We asked for diet water right away and she didnt miss a beat by telling us the water was absolutely diet water. Lol she was very attentive and the food here was absolutely delicious! We will absolutely be back again!
We so enjoyed our birthday dinner on 4/9/22. Nikki was a fantastic waitress and made our experience so fun and entertaining. we appreciate the "diet" water. ;-) We will definitely be back. Thank you again. Thanks Nikki!
Bison Lasagna, the wine selection and Sheila our waitress was fantastic.
Accommodate our early reservation. Waitress was ok. Nothing stood out on her, but she was efficient. Food was fair. Atmosphere was pleasant and quiet. They do offer gluten free options and that was very nice for one in our party.

My family really enjoyed this restaurant. It’s a nice cozy atmosphere. We shared Caesar salads and a pizza. We all agreed that the pizza was one of the best we’ve ever had, even better than many that we had in Italy.
Amazing food at mazzola’s Italian restaurant, some of the best Alfredo & cheesy bread I’ve had in awhile. The service was fast & very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! :)
This is always a goto when in Steamboat. Whether you are dining in or taking out, the staff is very friendly and the food is great. I highly suggest trying some of their signature pizzas and salads. It is on the main downtown strip so can get a bit busy during regular dinner times but have never felt the wait was mismanaged.
