Travel w family. Tie for our favorite restaurant in steamboat with its sister restaurant
We had 6 pm reservations and got a good table. From there it was chaos. Our waitress was nice but very overwhelmed with how busy it was. (Itâs summer and itâs always busy) she forgot our salad completely, didnât remember my order (didnât write anything down) forgot my daughters glass of wine, forgot my bread order and then today we realized we never got our credit card back! My daughter wanted the spaghetti and meatballs with a side of sausage. $38!! The hostess apologized to us for poor service and sent us out with a free cheesecake. Nice of her but Iâd rather just have good service and come away feeling relaxed instead feeling the stress of the staff.
First time at Mambo for my wife and me. We were fortunate to get a seat on the already crowded patio at 5:45 or so. Our drinks and starters were spectacular (Olives and Calamari), and our main course choices were highly recommended by our server, Betsy! This is some of the best Italian food we've had in our 29 years in Colorado, and Betsy's service was superb! We highly recommend you give Mambo a try next time you're in Steamboat Springs!
The food was delicious, especially the tomato salad.
Really enjoyed our dinner- service was great, food was delicious. Will absolutely go back next time weâre in Steamboat
Great dinner with friends
The food was excellent, the ambiance could have been better.
Always love the food here. Ordered the Gamberetti Piccanti - it was fantastic! Others ordered pizza and were pleased. Good service, although you could tell they were short-staffed - normal everywhere.
Birthday celebration. Server wished the birthday person a happy birthday,
