Thursday june 9th at 5:20pm went to eat in got the wrong order they gave me the chiken that wasnt mine it was the drive trus order so i returned it then they say 15 min later that they didnt have original or buiscuits then my sides were also wrong(i also returned them) than accused me that i ate the sides so at this point im aggrevitated so i asked for my money back and the supervisor(lady) came with an attitude to give me my money back ... please dont go here to eat especially if your hungry horrible service will never come back doesnt even deserve that one star
Gravy? none napkins? none freshly mashed potatoes None order complete? no chicken fresh and juicy? absolutely not

Just spent $32 on a family meal and didn't get any biscuits. I have butter and honey, but no biscuits. My fault for not looking before I drove off, but seriously, you put ALL the fixings in my to go bag, but not the biscuits? UGH.
The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is amazing here! Hope they keep it around. Super thick and juicy chicken! I actually can't believe how good it is for a fast food place and KFC. A must try. The kids and wife love the mashed potatoes and gravy, but that's about it.
The food was good but the service sucked. After I ordered three other people came in and placed their orders and all of them got their food before me. It wasn't until I complained that I got my order. While I was waiting a man came in who had been in the drive thru and was told that they lost his order for him and his family. He was hot!
Why on earth, do the store manager or the district manager allowed these incompetent employees to work in this restaurant? How can you run out of chicken when it’s not even that busy on a daily basis? These employees lie constantly about food being ready. They treat deliveries like trash Uber eats DoorDash the whole 9 yards bad employs man bad for business. Just a nightmare
It took 20 minutes to get 10 tenders that were extremely dry and seemed old, also had payed extra to get mashed potatoes instead of fries and they never put it in the box, not satisfied in the slightest, worst KFC I've ever been to. If I could rate no stars I would!!!
