My food was up to Jimmy John's quality, but the staff there the day I went were extremely underwhelming. The person who took my order didnt ever adress me once, no hi how are you, or what would you like. He just stared at me as if I was an inconvenience in his life. He didnt even tell me my total at the register, nor did he offer me a recipt. Like seriously dood I get it working in fast food is soul sucking but at least communicate. I wish I would of gotten his name as he definitely needs some coaching. Any how other than the zombie at the register everything was fine.
This store ran out of bread earlier. Maybe order more bread because you’re a sandwich place. This isn’t the first time ive driven across town after order just to find out they closed af lunch. Staff is polite. Thats about it.
Allowed for online ordering, drove over to pickup and was informed my order was cancelled because they ran out of break at 1 o’clock in the afternoon.

Poor service in peak hours, would not recommend during peak hours. Just my opinion. It was not the wait time I'm referring to, but as a guest I felt like a burden. I understand the pressure of customer service in a high pressure, low consequence situation, but you have to treat people like people.
Called to make order and was rudely received then called back 30 minutes or so to make sure delivery driver didn't get mixed up (like last time) and was transferred to another person who was also rude. Last time I ordered, the delivery driver tried to deliver to another suite. I understand it's busy, but the rude reception from more than one person on the phone was not okay.
They closed four hours early and cancelled our online order as we were on the way to pick it up.
They were dealing with extra business because I-70 was diverted through Steamboat Springs. But they were very polite and food was good.
We wanted subs, and we wanted them fast. This would be the last place to go for that. 1 hour with 1 other family ahead of us to get our subs, and they were the worst I have EVER had, order for 3 subs was wrong at the end of it all after the staff asking 4 times what we ordered. When you have a Slogan your company is based on that, Freaky Fast is the opposite of this place. The photo attached is supposed to be a regular size Turkey Tom, you know with lettuce tomatoes etc.
I did service work for this place. Nothing but respect and hospitality was given. They handled a rush of customers like a solid crew should. I commend the team they have. They provided a much needed meal to boot. Cheers
