One of our guests could not eat the steak dinner, terrible taste. The open tuna sandwich - terrible. etc etc We had three children with us and it took so long for dinner and no one else was there. There were at least five waitresses standing around laughing doing nothing!! Maybe there was no manager there Monday night at 5PM. It took over an hour for our dinner to arrive. Never had such a horrible time at this restaurant!!!!
Great table waiting for us. Wait staff was attentive & very pleasant. Food was very good & high quality.

In the past, Saturdays were busy with locals enjoying a reasonably priced, well prepared prime rib dinner. Last night the restaurant was noticeably empty. The reason became obvious after looking at the menu. The "special" is no longer priced for locals with a $29 8oz cut and $39. 12oz. The prime rib was prepared nicely, service was good. The accompanying yellow mashed potatoes (from a box without gravy) and 5 asparagus spears weren't anything to write home about. Add a $9 beer or two and the tab becomes even more touristy. The only really special thing about the "Theme Nights" is Haymaker continues to exclude the Ikon Pass Holder discount from these menu items.
Love this place. However I never have the fish fry and was disappointed that the menu didn’t include the fish tacos. The hamburger was okay but not great.
We live here in Steamboat and wanted to give our out-of-town guests a unique experience and this did not disappoint! The staff was incredibly accommodating and the sleigh ride was the perfect length on a cold night. The food surpassed our expectations. We had a lovely time!

After being disappointed by the lack of snow cat dinners on the mountain, this horse drawn sleigh one was great! It was a beautiful sleigh ride, and the children in the group even got to steer the horses! When we returned, the four course dinner was amazing, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
Sleigh ride was to short and food was horrible. Way to expensive for what was given
