Went last week to get a blizzard fix. It was pretty busy and only one person working. Rush is a Rock Star.?. He was literally running from the front of the store to the back to get orders done as quickly as possible. People were being really rude to him, including one lady who felt the need to reprimand him for being the only one there! Rush never once lost his composure. He was cool, calm and collected and just kept on keeping' on. I saw you, Rush and I appreciate you!
Sign and website say they close at 9:00pm, but they were closed at 7:00pm on today, April 7th. Employee was still inside, closing down. Offered no explanation as to why they were shut down 2 hours early.
Beware, this is not your typical Dairy Queen. Slow service and usually out of most items from the menu. Picked 1 star because it's required, otherwise would have gone with zero stars.
I tell the guy my order and he puts it in wrong I tell it to him again and he walks away he then brings me the wrong thing drops it on the counter and says sorry and walks away. I just wasted time and money I'm not impressed they need to hire people that will do the job.

Visiting from Georgia. We were craving some DQ, sadly they didn't have burgers, but what they did have was Ty. Ty was running the store, alone, and with a great warm demeanor, and expediency we got our delicious hotdogs and grill chicken sandwiches. Thank you Ty, for such a great experience.
The best soft ice cream, never a line, fast service, good food, happy servers, we go there once a week for 27 years!

The two ladies working tonight did such an amazing job and had great attitudes. However, that’s not why I come here. I come here specifically to receive bad service because it’s entertaining. Tonight I drove all the way across steamboat during a busy hour to watch the stressful, emotional show that I’ve come to expect from this Dairy Queen over the summer. As long as these sweethearts are working here, I won’t be returning until we get some unsavory characters that don’t know how to deal with customers. Keep up the good work, ladies.
Good food, and stays open past 5, which most if the others close at 5.
