Good food and wonderful waiter. Got mixed up with sone orders.
Unfortunately Carls has fallen off a bit. Still a nice bar but maybe the staffing issues have hit them? We will be back if other reviews say they have improved. Otherwise this was our last visit.
Fabulous! Our server was wonderful. Made sure to get the order from the kiddos first. Checked on us regularly. Drinks stayed full. We devoured everything! The food was so yummy. Music was great. Noise level was easy to talk in. We will be back again!!
Have always been big fans of Carl's when we visit. This visit all our food was very disappointing. Nothing special. Servers were nice. Better dining options available around Steamboat.

We have great service and we got a lot of things at the tail end of happy hour ..our waiter was very happy to charge us the happy hour price. Very efficient and delicious! Easy to find a parking spot..

I ordered two Makers Mark 46 with a splash of water as I often do. when I received the bill, they were $25 each!!! Have never paid that much for 46! Bought a fifth (750 ML) of Makers 46 today at Central Park Liquors for $39.99. Even if you drink contained 3 oz. of Makers 46 which I definitely don't think it did, the retail cost of 3 oz. is only $5. The food and ambiance was generally good, but I will think twice about going again as I really don't like surprises like that when the bill comes and your bourbon was way overpriced!
A wonderful restaurant. We had a birthday party for my daughter and everyone enjoyed their time there.
The service was very slow, and there were so many TV screens in every direction that everyone was watching TV and not talking to each other. Maybe put the TVs on the bar side but not the booth side?
