Beautiful place good service and great food. Music was not great.
PROS: Food is excellent! Music (outside) was very loud but they turned it down when we asked. Great cocktail options though quite light on the alcohol. CONS: We had a 4:15 PM reservation and were initially seated at a semi-sunny table (90 degrees). The patio was mostly still empty so before ordering, we moved one table over. The hostess ran over with 2 other guests and told us to get up because they had reserved it. Upon asking about a few other shaded tables, she said they were all reserved and directed us to where we were told to sit. Interestingly, the couple that sat at our vacated table came over to say they had NOT reserved it. The hostess then came out with metal reserved signs and banged them down on all the tables around us. To her credit, our waitress was lovely and even comp-ed our drinks but that hostess is a liability to the business. We are locals who dine there regularly.

Wonderful location, excellent service and food. Noise level is low and parking is usually easy.
I've eaten at Aurum before, but things have slipped, and for a high-end restaurant, there are a few real misses. Most importantly, they have a lovely patio for summer eating by the river, but the ambiance was completely blown by the truly awful "band" playing at their bar upstairs, whose crappy cover songs were amplified by a speaker set up on the patio. Our server even told us the staff hates it, and realizes it's a terrible idea. The food was good, though for the price I sort of expect to be more wowed. The tiramisu experiment is still in beta testing, IMO. I'd love to be more positive - we returned this summer based on a lovely meal and evening last year, but no...
This place has gone downhill. Food is just ok for the price. We will not be back and have gone here for several yeats

We come to Aurum several times every season and itâs typically pretty good. This time we had Hannah as our server and it was our best service yet! She was joyful and friendly and so helpful in every way that we needed. They also had beautiful live music and it was such an amazing experience!
great happy hour! one of the best. Portion sizes are ample even being 1/2 off for happy hour! love the outside seating. plenty of coverage for sun and rain!
