Alot of people don't ask but I did.. why don't yall wear gloves?? This is unsanitary regardless of what they thought was logical. I've had classes on food handling and I was just baffled on the response from the employee. Also the look I received from the back crew. If no gloves on to prepare food is disgusting and to only wear glove for RTE (ready to eat).
The only complaint is difficulty getting into the parking lot, but that's not on the store itself, so I'm not holding that against them. The employees here are friendly, helpful, know their product, and seem to enjoy their work, which makes being there a fun experience. The chicken is great, and sauces top tier. Definitely going to be back soon!
Best experience I've ever had, everyone there is friendly and quick with service, asked for my wings extra crispy and they weren't burnt, just actually extra crispy

Third time trying this location. Every time, cashier was rude. Today a man in front of me told the cashier he has the wrong order, she huffed and rolled her eyes at him. Yelled back in the kitchen that she needed a managers override. She was so rude, we just left. Then we called there on the phone and were on hold for 20 min!! Nobody answered. Don't go here!!!! We ended up at Buffalo wild wings, better service and great food!
The most WORTHLESS customer service imaginable. As someone who’s worked in food service literally their entire life, you can spot people that just do not belong there. Erin or Aaron (who seemed confused on how to spell his own name) has no business in customer service!
Should be called Drumsticks! Who in the heck thinks you have to specify wings only ,when calling a place called wingstop?Always under cooked when asked for well done. That was there last chance. I'll go to the competition. At least I get wings.
Awesome customer service, incredibly fresh, great tasting food. My new favorite place!No wait time for me because I ordered online as it is prepared/cooked to order. So my order confirmation clearly stated how long before my order would be ready. Mine was (21-26 minutes).

Incompetence is the managers fault. Made my wife wait 20 minutes for 8 Cajun bone in wings. She’s gets home and it’s boneless lemon pepper. I take the order back in myself and tell them about the mix up. The counter girl says I’ll let them know. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing. I go up to the counter to get a refund and there’s the counter girl coming in from her break with the look on her face that tells me she didn’t let anyone know about the wrong meal I had ordered an hour earlier.Wing stop you make wings not rocket fuel. Do your jobs.
