We stopped in last week hoping for a good hearty breakfast, and instead received subpar food with bad service. We wanted to order dessert, but our server seemed to have abandoned us, not providing us with the opportunity. So I ordered a piece of cherry pie to go as we were checking out - which was actually pretty good, but they clearly don’t care about presentation. We definitely won’t be back.

Went to have lunch and had a French dip, it was good, but kind of on the salty side. My mom had a BLT which she liked. We thought they're was still free pie on Wednesday, but they don't do that anymore ? Bring it back !!!! ? Our waitress was super sweet and accommodating.

Came in on a Wednesday at 138pm. Ordered country fried steak and egg meal. Gravy was Delicious! Tastes homemade and not powder packs like the others in pueblo. Tea was fresh brewed and not leftovers from day before. Great experience and I am absolutely positive I'm going to be coming back here soon. And repeatedly until the service or food changes for the latter.

Staff needs more training in customer service, the restaurant needs more cleaning too much dust by the booths near the glass windows and frames, food quality can improve specially in omelets, no substitutions or you have to pay extra even if is meat for hashbrowns

comparable to a Dennys or IHOP, breakfast diner type menu with loads of variety from salads to burgers, rueban, breakfast burritos and build your own combo breakfast plate. Can sometimes be busy and they try to accommodate the best they can. They offer some really great pie options as well!!

WONDERFUL! This restaurant broke a chain experience of poor restaurant experiences. Thank You to the staff! The restrooms were clean, the tables clean, and the staff was attentive. This is why we added 45% of our bill as a tip! Lisa is a great server and the food was great, too.

Called at 735 pm to put in a to go order. Told me that they could not take the order die to closing at 8pm. My store closed at 9pm we take orders all the way to 9pm. So if you don't take orders at 735pm then why do your hours say open until 8pm. Should say 7pm. Not only did your store lose my business but the hostess or server who should have took my order they lost a good tip which I gave to the server next door at Cracker Barrel which had great food and great people that understand what customer service is all about

The chicken fried steak (with green chili instead of gravy), extra crispy hash browns and two eggs over easy and a side of green chili to smother the potatoes and eggs. Oh and don't forget the breakfast pancakes with lots of butter. I took half of it home and saved room for cherry pie. It was an amazing meal.

Love this Village Inn. The staff are the best even with short staffing due to covid-19. Free pie on Wednesday too!

Kat was very rude and argued with my mother about what she was ordering. Then claimed that she was in management, very rude and unprofessional for her to get close to my mother and raise her voice. She then proceeded to go into the kitchen (which we were sitting next to) , and talk negatively about us THE CUSTOMERS, to her coworkers. Everywhere else I’ve been mangers are always friendly and helpful not village in I guess, I hop for next time
