I am not sure what was worse the pizza that was probably from yesterday. Or the people working there. One was walking around on phone and walking to another restaurant to feed his face. Never again. I literally threw 23$ in the trash it was inedible.
Over $5 for a slice of pizza. $2.40 for a 20 oz bottle of Gatorade. Pizza was not great, too much cheese, not enough sauce. Not worth the money go somewhere else.
The worst cold pizza I’ve ever had. Employee did not heat, just threw the three pizza slices on a plate. I’ve eaten here in the past and it was good. What happened tonight? The pizza was lukewarm and crunchy crust with very little sauce. Slow service and I was the only customer! Close the place if this is the best you can do.
Was in the mall this morning with my son. Very rude manger. Avoid at all cost that guy should find another job we’re he doesn’t have to talk to people
Pretty good pizza alot better than other pizza places not the best but really good overall.
The stromboli I ordered was very dry and extremely salty. I usually get these and they're always a nice treat but not this time. I'm not looking for a refund or an exchange but I just hope it isn't bad next time.
I called in to ask if I could do a pickup order and the girl who answered told me one moment please. I could here her tell a male worker they want to do a pickup order. She told him if you want to but you do not have to. He said you already answered the phone. I could not believe the unprofessional mannerism they showed so I hung up to do them a favor since they do not want to work.
This is good pizza, not great or fantastic, but very good pizza. The problem with this place is it is a typical Pueblo business that has horrible customer service when ordering a large pizza to go, or anything that is not a typical mall customer. This place does not want your business or they would sell food for the entire time they are open for business. Sadly this is not true. Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen turns away customers and only explains that they "can't sell any more pizzas".
The food was mediocre..and that I could of overlooked..the cashier was nice but the young lady who took our order was quite rude..this is not my first visit to villa Italian as I usually get good service
