The BEST restaurant in Pueblo and among the BEST steakhouses that Iâve been to in the country. The creamed corn is to die for. I could eat nothing but the creamed corn and never tire of it. The steak was cooked perfectly and flavorful. The service was awesome.

Twenty One Steak is the best restaurant in Pueblo, hands down. The owner is very personable and makes sure she stops by and says hello every time we eat there, which is about 5 or 6 times now. We always have a great experience and will be back!

This is by far the best restaurant in southern Colorado! The management truly has it figured out. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, the drinks are perfect and filled to the brim. I love this place!!!
I went here for a first date and we had quite a horrid experience. My date ordered the filet mignon wrapped in bacon and it came out with burn bacon. Though our server was very sweet her manager was very rude and disrespectful. She said that the bacon is always like that and demanded my date to cut into her filet mignon before providing her feedback. They ended up replacing it with a different steak that was $17 cheaper and still charged for the filet mignon. They refuse to comp it and we left without even eating the replacement steak due to the horrible service and attitude we received from the manager. Then, as we walked out a customer that was talking to the manager began to talk down to my date trying to fight her. I guess is that the manager was talking bad about her to this customer who may have been her friend. It was the most unprofessional "upscale" restaurant experience we have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
