Tamales are so sad here!! Thinest smallest tamale I have ever waisted my money on. Flavor of the meat was okay. The masa of the tamale had no flavor and little salt to taste.
Green burritos are very tasteful. The only drawback are the big chunks of fat that are in them.
More than just a place that makes tortillas. We went there to fuel up on food before hiking in the great sand dunes and the barbacoa and tamales were beyond spectacular. Would probably be a stand-out even by mexico standards.
Really good burrito! It was just meat and sauce in a tortilla, but each element was perfect and it was one of the best burritos I've ever had. The meat was well-cooked, tender, and flavorful. The sauce was incredible and so good!! I did a green chili burrito first and then went back for seconds and got red chili on the next one. The green was my favorite."That burrito was so good I'm going to be thinking about it for weeks" - my friend 20 minutes after finishing his.They also do tamales (by the dozen) and some other take-home items which I would have loved to try.

The best!!! And I mean the best homemade Flour tortillas ever... if your in town you have to go try them out... all the food they serve is amazing!!
I love a good tamale and after reading the reviews here, I ordered a dozen. I'm not sure where the great reviews I've seen on this site ordered their tamales but the quality of the tamales I got do not meet the criteria of a good tamale. After opening the corn husk. I found most of the masa falling apart in multiple places. There was no care in putting these tamales together and there was too much masa and not enough meat filling.

Every time we go through Pueblo this is our quick stop for delicious burritos. There you can also get tortillas, flour and corn. I also heard their menu had a lot of other items before Covid hit. Hopefully soon they start making all their other items soon.
The best tamales ever. Full of delicious moist meat and flavorful massa wraps it all up. No need for salt..they are good to go.Customer service is okay because they are extremely busy. Suggest you call ahead to make sure they have enough, or simply order like I do, so they are fresh when you pick them up.
