I have always had a great experience here, it had been a while though. We stopped in a few nights ago. Waited a 45 minutes for someone to get our drink order. No problem, they eventually came out. We sit there for another 30 minutes, no one came for refills or our order. 2 hours in we get to order. We finally get our order after being there 2.5 hours. We then proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for the bill. Food is delicious, but staff was rude and distracted. I'm not sure we'll be back.
What a gem Tocayo is! We had excellent service, great cocktails, and our entrées were absolutely delicious! Truly some of the best Mexican food we have ever had. I wish we lived closer, but we definitely will go to Tocayo whenever we are in Pueblo. I'll be craving their albondigas on a regular basis! Wow!
It took a long time for the food to be delivered. I did enjoy my tacos. The beans and the Spanish rice were bland. The waitress was friendly but slow. I believe she was the only one at the time.

Food is always Solid! Michelada and Happy hour Margaritas Always a hit. I live in Fountain and head down when I can to have dinner with my parents who live in Pueblo West. Always been their favorite spot to go! Keep up the exceptional service everyone.. ??
Easily the most authentic Mexican food I have had outside of Mexico DF and Puebla. Their Molcajete is majestic and done the proper way. Staff is friendly, decor is delightful and the bar staff (as well as the chef/owner) are true tequila experts.This place is a true gem! You owe it to your palate to try it!!!
This place is awesome! The chips, salsa, and margs are great. We have tried lots of dishes on the menu, and all of it’s delicious. If we have people from out of town, we bring them here.
